Strange encounter

I felt my stomach growl in hunger, praying for a human to just come by. It's not my fault that I feast on humans to survive, it is just a part of life for me.

My nose twitched as I smelled blood in the air. The blood of humans may be inside them, but with my smelling, I can smell anything a mile away from me.

I followed the scent and it led me to a young, beautiful woman that seemed to be lost. Her image made me immediately stop and I stared at her in awe. I felt my hunger go away for a few moments as I admired her long, pink hair flow freely down her back.
Her blue eyes fearfully scanned the areas around her, until it landed at me.

My red eyes brightly glowed in the dark, and when she took a quick step back, my instincts made my claws sharper, a quirk for us monsters. Fangs appeared in my front teeth and I growled, alarming her.

She seemed to notice my two red eyes glow in the dark, just behind the tree I am in.

"W-who's there?!" She shouted in fear. I smirked at her.

"Your worst nightmare." I whispered, just enough for her to hear. She gasped in shock and was about to take off, but couldn't successfully do it when I quickly grabbed her legs from behind and dragged her over to me. She screamed and shouted at me to get off of her, but I flipped her over and stared into her blue eyes.

Such beautiful eyes... What a pity. I thought.

"S-stop! Please! I'll do anything! Just- don't kill me!" She pleaded, putting her hands up in protest.

I locked her in place by moving my legs over to her hips and sat down on her. She groaned as she felt my heavy weight place down on her. I deeply chuckled.

"What's a beauty doing out here in the middle of the woods? Alone?" I emphasized the last word and smirked, bringing my face closer to hers. She blushed at me, weakly struggling against my tight grasp.

As she realized that struggling was futile, she frowned and glared at me.

"And why should I answer that?" She snapped, bringing her head back down.

"I don't know, so you don't get killed?" I licked my lips, feeling my breath become shallow amd faster. She scoffed and looked out into the distance, not knowing what to do. I brought my right leg and placed it between her thighs. I chuckled at her red face.

"H-hey! Stop! Don't put it there!" She said, looking at me. I moved it closer to her area, but with no intention of doing anything.

My face softened and I sighed. I couldn't kill such a beauty.

"You know what? I'll let you free. I can't.. eat you." I rolled my eyes at the last part, getting off of her.

"Well, finally!" She snapped back, quickly getting up and dusting her clothes.

A few minutes passed by with the two of us just awkwardly standing there. She turned back her attention to me and blushed.

"W-what's your name?" She asked, and a part of me felt glad that she asked my name. I smirked, walking closer to her.

"(Y/N). And what's yours?" I tilted her chin up, causing her eyes to look at my red ones. I traced her jawline, staring at her face in awe. I had never seen someone so beautiful like her before.

She huffed, slowly looking away.

"Luka.. Luka Megurine." She introduced herself. She looked back up at me.

"What are you? You're.. really different." She hesitantly asked. I genuinely smiled for once and took one step back.

"I'm a type of demon. I feast on humans. You're the first one that I've ever let go." I said, stating that she's basically lucky.

"So, are you not going to kill me?" She ever so bluntly asked, crossing her arms. I raised one eyebrow up in amusement.

"No, my dear. I'm letting you go. But.." I paused and took a deep breath in.

"I don't have much time, I have to go." Even though I didn't see it, Luka was a little bit dissapointed that I couldn't stay with her for a little while.

"...Okay.." She said, trailing off. I slowly turned around, but I closed my eyes and relaxed. I quickly turned around and kissed her, of course she wasn't expecting it, so she gasped in shock. Before she could even react, I pulled away.

I smirked at her blushing face,

"'Till we meet again, my dear." I stepped back, letting my form vanish inside of a black mist. Luka stood there, perplexed. Her mouth was agape and her eyes were wide open. As much as she hated it, she actually liked the kiss.

She blushed and a ghostly smile appeared on her lips. She brought one finger up and touched the place your lips were once on.

"..Goodbye to you too, (Y/N)." She whispered.

But that wasn't the end of your meeting. After your strange encounter with her, she came back to the woods to the last place you both met. And from then on, the two of you continued meeting each other, until eventually, you had confessed your true feeling to her. You knew that it was forbidden for a demon to fall in love with a human, but it was worth it in the end.
