Today is the day my mom has surgery. We're all trying to keep a smile on our face but this is a scary situation.

We were in the room with her waiting for them to call her for surgery.

"Mom are you nervous?" Tj asked.

"No I am not... are you nervous for me?" she laughed.

"Yeah"

"Well don't be because I'm gonna be fine" she kissed Tj's forehead.

"Dad are you okay?" I asked.

"Yes sweetie just thinking" he smiled.

"Um.. Mrs.Miller it's time for your surgery" the doctor came in.

"Okay... mommy loves you kids and Terrance I love you too"

We all gave her a big hug and kiss.

"Mom we'll be right here waiting for you" a tear slid down my cheek.

"Baby don't cry it's gonna be fine" she hugged me tightly.

"I love you" I smiled.

"I love you too sweetie... I have to go now"

The doctor rolled her out the room.

"You guys can go wait in the waiting room" the nurse smiled.

We walked out the room and went to the waiting room.

3 hours later....

"Family of Ka'mora Miller?" the doctor looked around.

All of us stood up waiting for what he was gonna say.

"She's fine the surgery went great" he smiled.

We all were relieved.

"Thank you doc" my father spoke.

"You can see her"

We smiled and went to my mom's room.

"Mom I heard you did great" I hugged her.

She smiled.

"I told you everything would be fine"

She flashed a smile.

"I'm gonna go outside and tell August the good news"

I went out the door and dialed his number.

Me : Well the doctor said the surgery went great

My King💙🔗That's great baby I told you she would do fine

Me : Yeah well I'm gonna go back in here and let you finish what you were doing

Me : Love you too and okay..

I walked back in my mom's room.

Mom was dosing off. So was everyone else I kissed her forehead and walked out the door.

I decided to go home and get some rest.

I pulled up at home and got out.

I unlocked my house door and walked in.

I closed the door and as soon as I was getting ready to walk upstairs.

Somebody put their hand over my mouth.

"Don't say a word and you won't get hurt" they said in my ear.

I bit they hand and ran upstairs looking for my gun.

"Ouch you bitch I'm gonna kill you" he yelled in pain.

I was looking everywhere but I couldn't find my gun.

"Looking for this" I heard a familiar voice say.

I turned around and I wanted to kill that bitch made ass nigga right there.

"Give it here Derrick" I walked toward him but he just walked backwards.

"Not so fast Kierra..."

He came close to me and rubbed my cheeks. Then rubbed my hair.

"You see Kierra, I loved you and you betrayed me for that nigga August... now no one is going to have you Kierra. I'm tired of playing games with you"

He whistled and I kicked him between his legs.

"Ahh... Just wait Kierra" he yelled.

"Yeah Yeah" I grabbed the gun off the floor.

"Not so fast" I turned around and seen Joseline.

I thought this crazy bitch was in jail.

"Put the gun down Kierra" she aimed the gun at me.

"Hell no" I shot her before she shot me.

I shot her in the chest twice and in the head twice.

"Stupid bitch" I laughed.

"Don't shoot me..."

Pow! Pow!

I shot him right between the eyes.

Someone came behind me and pushed me to the floor.

"Wait a second"

I turned around... and I couldn't believe my eyes.
