Kierra POV
"Good morning baby" I felt kisses all over my neck.

I turned over and seen Derrick all in my face.

"Dang boy move" I spoke.

"Oh my God go brush your teeth girl" He moved away from the bed.

"Shut up" I laughed.

I got out of bed and went in the bathroom.

Today me and Derrick were going to the doctor to check on the baby. I hopped in the shower. I did the rest of my hygiene. I exited the bathroom and walked to my closet.

"You look nice" Derrick walked in.

"Thank you" I kissed his cheek.

"I'm gonna go get ready"

"Okay babe I'll go downstairs and make breakfast" He nodded and went in the bathroom.

I took the stuff out to make the breakfast and started to cook it.

Derrick POV
I hopped out the shower and wrapped the towel around my waist.

I brushed my teeth then went out the bathroom.

I put my boxers on and my cargo shorts, blue polo shirt, and my Jordan's.

I brushed my temp fade and went downstairs where I smelled breakfast.

I came behind Kierra and kissed her neck.

"Mmm your breakfast is on the table baby!"

"Thank you"

I sat at the table while she came and sat next to me.

We ate breakfast then I helped her clean up the kitchen.

"You ready?" she asked.

"Yeah let's go"

I grabbed my wallet and my keys and opened the door for her.

Once she went out so did I and I locked the door.

Kierra POV
We pulled up at the doctor's office. Derrick came to my side and opened my door.

"Thank you" I hopped out and kissed his lips.

He closed the door while grabbing my hand.

We walked in and I signed in.

"Kierra Miller ? The doctor is waiting for you" the receptionist smiled but more at Derrick.

I turned Derrick's head in the opposite direction. We walked in.

"Hey Ms.Miller how are you?" the doctor asked.

"I'm fine"

"And who may this be?" he referred to Derrick.

"My boyfriend"

"Wassup I'm Derrick" I slapped his chest.

"Hello Mr.Derrick" he shook Derrick's hand.

"Okay lay back and we'll get started" I did as told.

I felt the cold gel on my stomach and I jumped a little.

He rubbed the thing over my belly observing the baby.

"Ummmm... wait right here just a second"

He ran out the room.

"What's going on?" Derrick asked.

"I don't know" I just hope my baby is okay.

A few minutes later, two other doctors came in along with my doctor. They were looking at the black screen.

They were whispering to each other. I was getting a little worried.

My doctor turned to me.

"I'm sorry-"

"No. No. No" tears streamed down my face.

"I'm sorry but there's no heartbeat"

"Nooooooo!" I yelled.

Why me ? Everything was going fine until now. I fell in love with that baby and now it's gone.

I got up and pulled my shirt down. I left out the room. I was angry, sad, and broken. All at the same time.

"I'm sorry for your-"

"Save that shit" I yelled and walked out the clinic. I heard Derrick running behind me.

"It's okay-"

"Open the door" He unlocked the door.

I hopped in and slammed the door.

"It's okay-"

"Shut the fuck up Derrick it's not okay I just lost the best thing that ever happened to me I fell in love with that baby Derrick" I cried.

"It's no big deal" I shot my head in his direction so fast.

"No big.... no big deal its a big ass deal you try losing your everything okay just shut the hell up and take me home and then you can leave because you're pissing me off"

He pulled up in my driveway. I hopped out and slammed the door. I unlocked my house door and walked in. I ran upstairs and jumped in my bed.

Why did this have to happen to me ?

Aww. This was a sad and short chapter.
