Chapter 2: School time

Vladimir Blood was sitting in his bed chambers as he was in deep thought about the events of the earlier. The humans who came to his home were playing music and it was..fun. It was like nothing he ever thought of doing before with someone else. He always been alone and did things alone. The music, the hunts, or his free time was spent alone in his home. 'I wonder how  would be living a regular life' he pondered to himself.

(At Victoria's house)
Victoria Fenir was your average girl. She went to school and hang with her friends. Her life at home was pretty normal at least. Her mother and father both work in white collar type jobs which made them go on business trips plenty of times. They leave their only daughter at home when she turned fourteen and called regularly to check on her. Today, it was one of those trips.

She was wearing a black Pierce the veil tshirt with dark blue jeans torn at the knees. She had a black choker on her neck with a Jack the skeleton on the middle of it. Her jet black hair was let down and down to her mid back as it cover the back of her choker. She puts on some contacts that turns her eyes purple since she enjoy the customize ones better than the standard ones.

Mr. and Mrs. Fenir were packing up their suitcases for the trips to Washington DC where the company headquarters are located. They gave their daughter a good-bye and lefted to head to the air port. Victoria used to be sad at seeing them leave but she gotten used to this as time went by.

Now, the young teen was sitting in her room thinking about the boy that she and her friends meet yesterday. Vladimir Blood. He was a very handsome young man who made her feel warm inside and she had a familiar tucking at her heart when she thinks of him. His gorgeous black hair and the way his skin was caused a deep red blush to come up on her face. The very thought of seeing his body is making her attraction to him get stronger.

When she pulled out her phone to check the time, it was shown to be eight twenty. 'Damn it. I'm going to be late' Victoria thought as she rushed out of the house to her car, 2008 Kia which she got as a birthday gift from her grandmother. She drove to school, Lunar Eclipse High, everyday in it when she got her licence at sixteen.

'This is going to be a boring day' she thought as she pulled up in the school parking lot. She notice a different car next to her usual parking. It was a silver 2014 Dodge charger with black flames painted at the bottom of it. Victoria gave it no second thought after seeing it because she figured it was a student's new car and wanted to show off. When the black haired teen parked her car, she went on to her usual spot where her friends and her stand in the school's stairwell at before classes start. Victoria walks up to them and greets "Hey everyone". They all look at her and greeted back.

Dante and Drake Cunningham are the types of brothers who can get along sometimes but end up at each other throats when provoked. Drake is a calm young man who acts as the leader in their little group since he usually make the plans for what they do on the weekend. He can keep a level head when people try to get under his skin but his little brother is a different. Today, Drake is wearing a red tshirt with Marvel comic's Deadpool on it saying "Anti-hero" with blue jeans that had red and white lines going down the sides and back along with wearing black shoes. It was also noted by Dante that Drake had a crush on Victoria which he teased him about constantly

Dante is the laid back type of guy who doesn't care for others' opinions. He always prefer to be the show off person when someone calls him out on some kind of challenge. It has happened before with a group of jocks their freshman year in school. Whenever Drake and him are in an argument, it was mostly him who instigated it because of how amusing it was to get a rise from his older brother. Drake did have times when he was shown to be shy but it was mostly towards one of his female friends, Phoenix Wright or Nyx.

Nyx Wright was always a positive girl who loves to have fun and be the life of the party. She was born with crimson red hair like her grandmother and it was the reason her parents named her Pheonix which was her grandmother's name. The young woman is always wearing season theme clothes or just any color that goes with it. When she wears clothes that are black, it is a telltale sign that you should stay clear of her til she calms down. One day, a football boy tried to bully by calling her emo and ask if she slit her wrist but it ended bad for him afterwards. Rumors say that she broke his wrist after the comment and was suspended. It did cause some of the popular kids to not try to mess with her out of fear of being in the same or worse position than the football player. When her friends asked what happened, she only responded "If you don't leave me alone, I'll show you" and they did just that. The next day, she was back to her usual positive and happy self. Today, the young lady is wearing an orange and red top that goes to her mid thigh and black pants that matched her boots. She had her red hair in pigtails and stood by Dante to joke and poke fun at him. It was always known that Nyx could get a reaction from the white haired make and she enjoyed it a lot.

As the group of friends was around the stairwell talking like the usual, Nyx asked "Have you guys hear about the news student coming here this year? I heard that he was a rich kid". "I heard about that from some gossiping girl in my first period call" said a bored Dante which got a nod from his brother since they had the same science class first period. "I hope he won't be a stuck asshole" said Victoria since she had experience with guys like that who are kids of the employees at her parents' jobs. A loud sound of talking came from the Mall that made the others curious.

When they walked out of the hallway leading to English hall, they saw what the big deal. The new student who just came to their school. The young man has black hair that went to his nape and he was wearing a black and red hoodie that had a white tracing design around the lower part of the torso. He had on dark blue and black jeans that went with his black converses but it was the realization that surprised the group of friends. The new guy was the teen that they meet yesterday at Blood Estate, Vladimir Blood. They even more surprise when he looked at theLunar Vladimir smiled at them and walks over to them which caused confusion for the group of students seeing going to talk with the group dubbed 'The Outcasts'.

"Hey guys. It is splendid to meet you again" he greets them with a polite tone.

"Why are you at Lunar High Vlad? I would thought you'd be in a private school" asked Drake when he got over his shock.

Vlad nods at his question and replies "I was supposed to be enrolled one but I was took by my father that I should have some 'humility' so he sent me here." The Vampire King knew it was a lie but it did made the most logical sense for the reason that he is here. The only problem for him is that he hope no one messes with the silver ring on his left hand. The others nodded to him. "Why talk to us? You know people will judge your family because of you hanging with us" said Nyx with a hint of sadness in her voice. Vlad look in her direction saying "I would see myself as the rebellious type my dear. I could care less by what my family thinks since they just want me to act like a spoiled brat". This statement cause a smile for Victoria since it shows her that he isn't like those arrogant rich kids who always get what they want.

"How about we hang at my estate after school? We can play some music if you want" Vladimir suggest when his sight went to the one girl who he felt an attraction, Victoria. The warm feeling that he felt towards her was back with revenge but he was able to keep his blush from showing on his pale face. "That sounds cool" said Dante with a smirk as he was starting to like how Vlad acted similar to them.

The others nod in agreement with the white haired teen. When they heard bell ring for classes to start, they dispersed and went to their first period class. The day went on regularly for the group while Vladimir had some trouble with social interaction. He was adjusting to it fine in all. When school was let out, Victoria and her friends saw Vlad drove off in his car, the Dodge charger. "This new guy might not be such a bad one, don't ya think guy" said Drake seeing his friends nod.

This school is going to be a very interesting one
