Stephen opened the door to his sports car for Tzipporah to get in.

"Thank you." She said and stepped into the car.

"Your apartment is really nice."

"You don't need to say that. Not all of us can live in mansions alone. But yeah it's a nice place, since I'm living alone right now."

"Your name is rare, so I want to give you a nickname. Any suggestions?"

"I always have been wanted to be called Tzippy or Porah. Them both are really nice."

"I like them too, Tzippy."

The car ride wasn't awkward at all, the two actually made good conversation.

Stephen got a call from Billy, who was telling him about patients who needed surgery.

"That one is a good one." Tzipporah told Steven.

"Not good enough."

"I'll do it."

"Not good enough for you either."

Once Billy told Stephen about a patient who had an interesting need for surgery, Tzipporah looked at the pictures.

Stephen looked down at his phone while driving.

"Be careful Stephen." She said, and gently grabbed his hand.

Yet, it was too late. Stephen had already hit another car. His car slid across the road, and hit surrounding things, like a pinball.

The car went flying and landed in a lake.

Stephen immediately was knocked out unconscious.

However, Tzipporah wasn't knocked out. Her leg was stuck, since the door was crushed.

Her crux was to get herself out, to save Stephen.

"Shit." She mumbled to herself, and start to pull her leg out.

The Spaniard was scared, the car was sinking way too quick.

She would use her powers to get out and save Stephen as well; but she couldn't reveal herself to him. At least just yet.

Half of the car was already sinking, and she had no more time to waste.

Quickly, she ripped two pieces of her dress and put them in Stephen's ears.

Since she had the sonic scream ability, she began to scream and all the glass in the car shattered. The door that was stuck broke, letting her leg be free.

She hissed in pain, her leg had very little feeling to it. Blood dropped from her left leg.

Now she started to punch the dashboard of the car to free Stephen's hands.

After, she took off his seatbelt and started pulling him from the seat.

It took her a long time, but she manages to escape from the sinking car with Stephen.

He was still unconscious.

She held him close by her, so he wouldn't float away. There was no shore to this river. There was no way out.

It was cold outside, and especially cold in the water.

All she could do was wait, wait for help. Her phone was done for, she had no way of communicating this to anyone.

An hour passed, and by this time, Tzipporah was now unconscious. The cold water made her fall asleep.

Help had mow arrived. A helicopter light shined down on the two, who held each other close.

A ladder came down from the helicopter and a man shined a flashlight into Tzipporah's face; waking her up.

The two were rushed to the hospital as quick as possible.

"We're losing him!" A nurse shouts, as her and her team struggle to keep him alive.

Tzipporah's eyes opened, and she then groaned in pain.

The room was so bright, because of the artificial light. The only person she could think about, was Stephen.

"Stephen." She managed to say. "Where's Stephen?"

Her best friend, nurse and front desk receptionist, Sydney, sat to the side of the cardiac surgeon.

"He's okay. It's his hands that paid the price most though."

"I have to go see him." Tzipporah replied, and tried to get up.

However, Sydney stopped her best friend.

"I hate to tell you this, but, look at your right leg."

"What?"

She pulled the blanket off and saw that her right leg had a metal leg brace.

"Your leg was completely crushed from the accident. The only thing that kept us from cutting your leg off was that you guys were in freezing water."

"Oh my god. Will I be able to walk again?"

"In time, yes. It'll take a while though."

Tzipporah started to cry, as she tried to move her leg.

"I need to see Stephen. Take me to him."

Sydney helped her friend got on the wheelchair that was beside the hospital bed. As the two exited the room, Tzipporah got a look at herself in the mirror. She had cuts all over her body, and face.

Since Stephen was on a different level, they had to take the elevator.

Once the two best friends got to his room, Tzipporah attempted to get out of her wheel chair. She succeeded and walked with a limp to the hospital bed where Stephen lay.

Stephen was awake, but in pain.

"Tzippy." He said, and smiled a little bit.

"Stephen. How you feeling?"

It hurt Tzipporah to see the man that she had feelings for, in immense pain.

"Not so good. My hands."

The two talked for a little bit, but then Tzipporah had to leave.

Sydney took her best friend back to her hospital room and helped her get on the bed.

"Can I ask you something?" Sydney told her best friend.

"Yeah."

"What are you? In that accident, you would've been completely dead. On top of that, you managed to destroy the car in the process and save Stephen."

"What do you mean by 'what am I?' I'm human obviously."

"No. That's not human. A woman your size, age, and physique would've died in that accident."

Tzipporah didn't know how to answer. She couldn't reveal herself to anyone yet. Not even her best friend. Her family didn't even know.

"I don't know what you're talking about."

"Tzip, why won't you tell me?"

"Because there's nothing to tell."

~

Meanwhile, Kaecilius and his clan stared into a portal that showed Tzipporah.

"We either need to let her become one of us, or kill her."
