Hi everyone! I’m Julie Chen, and Welcome to the Season Premier of Big Brother! We’ve got some great surprises in store for you this summer. If you’ve never seen or heard of Big Brother before, here’s the run down.
For about three months, 12-16 people enter the Big Brother house, which one person gets evicted each week by the other house guests.
Each week, all the house guests will compete in some form of competition, to win the ‘Head of Household’. The HOH has all the power in the house, and it lasts for one week. If you win HOH, you get a key to the master suite, and get to nominate two people to be put up on the ‘block’. If you’re on the block, it means that there’s a chance you might be leaving the Big Brother house.
It’s not over for them yet if they end up on the block, though. The two nominee’s, the HOH and three other house guests get to compete in the Power of Veto, and if you win that, you can choose to remove someone off of the block. If that happens, the HOH has to put up a replacement Nominee.
At the end of the week, each of the contestants get to vote to evict someone on the block. Whoever has the most votes, leaves the house.
Now that you have more understanding of the game, let’s meet the house guests! Let’s get this Big Brother summer started!

“Hello everyone! In a moment, you all are going to be entering the Big Brother house! Are you guys excited?” A tall, black haired women asked.
“Yes Julie!” All the house guests yelled, big smiles plastered on their faces.
There were 11 girls standing outside the Big Brother house. Six were placed on the top step, while the other five were standing below them.
The first five to enter the house are, Ashleigh, Maddie, Haley, and Vanessa. Please enter now.” Julie smiles, watching as the five girls eyes widened in excitement and ran into the house.
“I can’t believe I’m actually here!” Ashleigh squealed to herself excitedly.
She followed a short, brown haired girl up the spiralling staircase, and entered a three bed bedroom. The brown haired girl looked around, then walked right out.
Ashleigh shrugged her shoulders, and walked over to the bed closest to the door. This room would do. The walls were light brown, with black mirrors coating the walls. Ashleigh set her bag down on her bed, claiming it, and walked back downstairs.

“That room was way to small for my liking!” Vanessa mumbles, walking back down the spiralling staircase. She walked passed the kitchen, and down the hallway towards the bathroom. She walked into a bigger room, where three other girls were already settling down.
“This is better.” She smiled, and thre her stuff onto the remaining bed.
This room had very colourful polka-dots painted on the walls, with two medium sized dressers pushed up against the walls. Four single sized beds were placed on the opposite side. Vanessa did a little happy dance, and then walked out the door to join the other girls.

“Alright girls, the rest of you may enter the house now. Good luck!” Julie exclaimed, watching the other six girls squeal in delight as they ran inside the house.
