Dean leaned in, his lips meeting his angels' softly. Castiel was quick to respond, prodding his tongue at the other mans lower lip. Both men were more than a bit turned on, Dean finally keeping his promise of giving Cas a blow job. Though nervous, Dean was more or less excited, wanting to show his affection towards his boyfriend.

While still kissing, they somehow managed to waddle their way to the motel bed. Dean plopped down onto his back, grabbing Cas' tie and pulling him on top of him. "Are you sure you wanna do this?" He asked. Castiel smiled at him, answering with a gentle "positive".

The blue eyes of the angel stared down at Dean, wide and innocent as he trailed his hands along the other mans waist. He leaned down for another passionate kiss before letting his hands slide down around Deans waist and planting his hands firmly on the inside of his thighs. Quickly and easily, he flipped them over so Dean was hovering above his angel.

Dean, upon seeing the angel nervously writhing beneath him in anticipation, wanted to tease his boyfriend as much as possible. Ever so slowly, he undid the knot on Castiels' tie, pulling it out from underneath the collar and tossing it carelessly on the floor. He took the matter in his own hands (the one not currently preoccupied with pinning the others hands) and quickly unbuttoned Cas' pants and pulled them off together with his own. As soon as their pants were off, Dean started trailing kisses from Cas' jaw, down his chest and all the way down to the hem of his boxers. He let his lips gently brush the clothed erection in Cas' boxers. Dean gave a smug smirk when he felt Cas' erection give a little twitch.

"Excited, are we?" He gave Cas a smirk as the angel blushed. "Me too, so let's get down to it then!" He exclaimed, pulling down their underwear. It was Deans turn to give a small blush as Cas let out a cute giggle at his excitement. Deans lips found Castiels and brushed them gently, whispering a loving "shut up, or I'll leave you like this". Those word made an abrupt halt in Cas's giggling, because as much as he wanted to keep giggling at Deans excitement, his own excitement was getting almost painful and he felt like he would die if Dean didn't do something soon.

Thankfully for Cas, Dean finally decided that it was time to go further. His lips found the tip of Cas' cock and was kissing and licking it. Cas gave a loud moan, begging Dean to take it further in. Dean complied and took Cas in his entirety into his mouth. Cas' hips involuntary bucked into Deans warm mouth while he started panting.

"Oh, Dean..." He moaned as Dean started moving his mouth while sucking gently. Cas' moans came out as a string of "oh", "Dean", and "please"s as Dean slowly sped up. A/N: I'm sorry this is so late! I know you wanted a part two to Once and for all, and here it is. This was actually a lot longer, and contained Dean walking Cas through how to actually give someone a blow job, but after an accident (okay, my phone app actually deleted my entire library and all unpublished story parts) where I lost half of this one shot, I had to shorten it a bit. Thankfully, I had the part up until they take of their pants saved as back up, but I lost most of the original. I would have written the last part too, if it wasn't for the fact that I'll be gone for approximately four weeks without internet, starting on Saturday and I've already made you guys wait for so long for this! Again, I'm really sorry. This is not the quality of the original one shot, but I might edit it a bit (and possibly add the rest of it), but that won't be until after my summer vacation.
