My life became a mess after Summer kissed me. I was dedicated to Baywatch, but they didn't want us to be together. I was dedicated to Summer, too. So now I was sitting on my bed, using my phone to list the pros and cons.

If I'm with Summer, Mitchell and everyone will hate me and fire me.
If I do Baywatch, I can't be with Summer, which was my love interest since I arrived.

It was a tough decision. Thank goodness that Summer was out surfing. I couldn't make the decision with her distracting me. It would be a biased choice if she were here.
Just then, C.J. ran into my room, a worried expression on her face.
"What's wrong?" C.J. was trying to catch her breath as I looked up from my phone.
"It's Summer," she gasped. "She's surrounded by sharks."

           Summer's P.O.V.
I was sitting on my board, trying to calm down. A shark swam around me, looking at me as though it hadn't eaten in days. It's teeth were sharp, and could easily pierce me in seconds. Uh-oh.
Where was Brody? Did he know about this? I didn't want him to get involved in this, or get killed. That would be a nightmare.
"SUMMER!" I heard Mitch call. "STAY CALM," As if that was possible anymore.
And , of course, with my luck, Brody showed up. He stared at me with widened eyes, looked around frantically for help, and then stood still. A expression on fierce determination filled his face. I recognized that face. It was the same face he made when he ran into the fire.
Brody took off his shirt, threw it to the ground, and started to run to the ocean.
"BRODY, COME BACK HERE!" Mitch growled. Brody kept running.
"BRODY, STOP!" I yelled. He kept running, and then dived into the ocean.
In seconds, he was by my side. Brody grabbed my waist, and used his other hand to punch the shark in the face. The shark, distracted, didn't notice as Brody swam away, a little slower now because of my added weight. But the shark began to catch up. Brody pushed me forward, giving me a boost to swim away as he punched the shark and swam away.
We both reached shore in time, and both of us alive. Stephenie and C.J. ran to Brody. I recognized a spiky object in his shoulder. Devil's Urchin.
He coughed up some water, and passed out. C.J. removed the Urchin and Stephanie injected his arm with the vaccine. He was okay.
About an hour later, Brody woke up in his room and smiled at me. I went in to kiss him, but he held up an arm, blocking me from his lips.
"I'll take a hug. We need to go slower until the team decides that they're okay with us." I nodded. That was smart. Besides, we didn't need to run into this so fast.
"Why do you keep running after me?" I asked him, stroking his arm.
"That's easy." He smiled at me again. "It's because I love you."
