Meeting Lucas

Now I'm on the bathroom floor, crying. I've been telling myself, I don't need friends. I can just have myself, why is this so hard?
I hated crying, the noise, the sights, and the feelings. Yet I'm in a bathroom acting like a 5 year old.
Then I heard footsteps, I groaned, this better not be a janitor.
A few seconds later I saw a dark-colored figure standing above me. Since the lights were off I couldn't make out Who this person was.
"Are you okay?" It was a boy! "Go away," I mumbled. The boy stood there for a moment, maybe confused.
"Well I wanna help you, I wanna be your-," I cut him off, "Friends are overrated, I don't need them,". "Is that why your in the boy's bathroom crying?"
I scrambled to my feet, "This is the boy's bathroom?!". "Yeah it's fine, everybody is gone,". He smiled at me wickedly, flashing his teeth, "Well listen I don't want friends," "Who said I wanted to be your friend?"
I looked at the boy, and he only looked back. He stepped back and with a flicker the lights were on. Lewis! "Oh great it's you,". He let out a small laugh, "Yeah it is,". I started to grab my bag when he stepped forward reaching for me, "Don't touch me Lewis,". "Please give me a chance," he pleaded, only making me more angry. "Listen boy I've given you your chances,". I started to walk past him but he only stepping in front. "No you haven't,". I looked him in the eyes then rolled mine, starting to walk past. "Yes I have,". I was now in the hallway, I groaned when I saw the sign for the boy's bathroom lead to where I just was. I wiped the tears from my face. I hid my face even though nobody else was in the school, (it's been two hours since school officially ended) how that kid got here I don't know.
I heard running behind me, "Wait!"
I stopped walking, rolled my eyes for the hundredth time today, and swirled around. "What?". He stepped closer to me, "Give me a chance,". I looked him in the eyes, inspecting him. He knew what I was gonna say next, so he spoke, "If you really knew me, then you'd know my name,". I smiled as a way to prove him wrong, "Oh but yes Lewis I do,".
He then laughed with me and I was so confused, "Well but no you don't,". I was so confused, I just stood there.
"It's Lucas," he smiled. I bit my lip, "Lucas...,". I whipped my hand out, "Nice to meet you Lucas, I'm Casey,". He shook my hand. I winked at him before walking off, hoping to never talk to him again.

Now I owe you guys some explanation. Lewis, or now Lucas said he was kidding, he didn't want to fight me, but this only made his rep worse, he gave up to a girl. I understand why he said he was kidding, he was just trying to be a good kid. For some reason I don't know why, I respect this kid, and I hate that.
So after the ordeal when Lucas left, the girls asked me to do them a favor, so we drove to a convenience store. "What exactly are we doing here?". "Can you steal the sunglasses in there Casey, Aia here really wants some,". She pointed to the girl sitting in the back of the car, I was riding shotgun. "And why?". Aia frowned, "Because I have a pair and she doesn't,". I rolled my eyes opening the car door, "Which ones,". They showed me a picture, they had seen it coming inside before and decided to take a snap. I walked inside almost immediately spotting the sunglasses rack. "How do you do?" The store clerk asked me, I completely ignored her. It took me awhile but I spotted the pair, I quickly picked them up. I looked behind, the woman who was the clerk was unloading a box and putting the objects on the rack. I quickly walked to the door. "You thinking to pay for those aren't you?" The voice said from behind. I slowly turned, busted! I looked at her, we exchanged eye contact. Then I ran, bolted out the door and down to the parking lot. "What?!" I yelled as the girl's car was nowhere to be seen. I groaned almost screaming. I turned, the woman was inches from my face, anger beaming towards me. "Put them back or I call feds!". Her accent made me gag, I quickly slipped the glasses back on the rack and issued a quick sorry before bolting out the door, and down the street to the school. "Bad kids these days," I did hear her say as I ran, I whipped around and gave her the finger before focusing on crossing the rode.
That's how I ended up here, in the boys bathroom, and now leaving the school. "Who said I wanted to be your friend,". That quote swished around my brain, making me want me to faint, "Creep," I thought to myself.
