Chapter 5

Jon's POV

Am I? I don't know I really do like her but am I in love? But does she feel the same? All these questions filled my head I had no idea what I was doing.

"Jon you alright?" Her voice taking Me away from my thoughts.

I shook my head. "Yeah totally fine just thinking."

"Can I know?" Her eyes filled with wonder.

"About?"

"What you were thinking about."

"Oh just random things." I quickly made that up.

"Mhmm." She got up me realizing that she was still on top this whole time.

She got up and I did too.

"Well now what?"

"Can we just talk?"

"Um sure about what?" She asked sitting on the couch.

"Anything." I want to know how she feels about me. I walked over to where she was and sat down next to her.

"Well what have you been up to the past few years."

"Nothing really just dining places ya know."

"Nice."

"Yeah you?"

"Graduated early and I own a beauty salon."

"Awesome. So uh Brenda..." I scratched the back of my head. Not sure if I should ask her. What if she doesn't talk to me ever again. I just got her back and I don't want to lose her.

"Yeah?" She turned so we looked at each other directly.

"How do you feel about me? About us?" My face felt heated up and my heart raced a million miles per hour and my hands were sweaty.

She sighed. "Jon what we were was a long time ago. I honestly don't know what I feel." Damn. I was hoping for something else from her. Sadly that's what I got.

I looked down.

"Hey I just hung out with you after a long time I don't know yet. Wait a little longer and then we'll see." She leaned her head on my shoulder.

I kissed her head and sighed.

"Your still beautiful then and now to me." I whispered in her ear.

"Your still guapo to me Chico." She kissed my cheek.

"I missed looking up and seeing your eyes." I felt my face heat up and she blushed.

"I missed you. Everything about you." I smiled and she laughed.

"Your weird." She started poking my cheek.

"I'm not the one poking people's cheeks." I laughed and wrapped my arms around her waist.

"I'm glad I bumped into you that day. If it had to be anyone I'm glad its you. I wouldn't of wanted anyone else." She wrapped her arms around my neck.

"I'm glad I was there to keep you away from him. And I'm glad he's away from you." I kissed her cheek. I missed how I could easily place my arms around her waist. Like they were made for me.

"Your my Batman remember." She laughed and I did too.

"Of course I'll always vr your Batman."

We stayed silent for a fee minutes.

"Jon?" She asked.

"Mhmm?" I looked down to her and immediately made eye contact.

"Could you sing something?"

"Lives in a world to good for me..." I began and continued singing as if my life depended on it. (A/N I'm not typing the whole song sorry guys).

"....You light my world...." I changed the lyrics a bit but I sang to her.

Her smile grew bigger.

"You still have a perfect voice." She hugged me.

"Your still perfect." I hugged her back.
