Chapter 8

Kaseys point of view

Honestly I felt like crying. He was probably going to embarrass me Infront of my own family.

*ding dong ding dong*

I just wanted to throw a shoe at my mom for inviting them but I'm nice, I guess.

"Can you let them in kasey I have to finish this up."

I nod and walk slowly to the door.

I open it up and see Michele at the door. Hmm where's austin?

"Austin's coming in a minute he wasn't

Ready when I was ready to go." She said

Was I thinking aloud?

"Yes." She said. I did it again.

She came in and I was just about to close the door when austin stopped me.

"Hi." He said shyly.

I just rolled my eyes and closed the door. He may act all sweet and innocent around his mom but I know how he really is.

I take a seat at the table while everyone else is sitting in the living room.

Everyone as in Austin, Michele, and my dad.

"Kasey, honey come sit in here." Jack (her dad) said.

Oh great. I hate austin and now I'm being forced to sit in the same room as him. I walk as slow as possible. When I get there I just stand there.

"Why are you standing, here sit beside austin." Nooooooo I feel like he knows I don't like him, he's doing that on purpose.

I walk slowly and sit beside Austin. He just stares at me. I look the other direction.

"Hi kasey." He said

I decided to anwser.

"Hi." I say quietly barely audible.

"So what are you doing?" He asked

"Ummm, sitting beside you."

Austin's point of view

Really? What are you doing? What is wrong with me. In like nervous but I'm never nervous I can get any girl I want. Why is kasey so hard to get. Is it because I yelled at her. She probably doesn't like me. I'm stupid.

"Everyone, dinners ready." Nancy said.

Maybe kasey will so beside me. Probably not.

I take a seat where no one is sitting in either side of me. Her father sat beside me and my mom say beside me. :( this sucks. Atleast she sat right infront of me.

Her mom made chicken Alfredo. I love chicken Alfredo. I eat about half of it when I notice kasey staring at me. I look back at her and she turns away blushing. I let out a little chuckle. I finish my food and my mom and Nancy started talking.

"Austin do you want to come over Friday night." Nancy asked

"Sure, what for?"

"So you and kasey can get to know eachother more." I look at kasey and she siting there giving her mom a wtf face. I turn back to Nancy and say

"That would be great, I'd love to come over Friday night."

"Okay you'll be spending the night too. So be prepared."

"Okay."
