Chapter 1

I can't believe I'm finally starting college at GSU! I've wanted to go their since a little girl and my dream is finally coming true. I just finished loading up my Ford black truck and am saying goodbye to my parents.

They can't come with me because we live in Michigan and I'm going to miss them like crazy! My brother Jacob can't be here right now because he is deployed in Afghanistan. He means so much to me and I pray every day that The Lord helps him stay strong.

My mom is already crying which is making my eyes water and my dad is holding back tears even though he never cries. We say our final goodbyes and give our final hugs and I pull out of the drive way heading to the highway.

I crank my music up and of course it's all country! Well my name is Kailey and I have dark brown hair and dark brown eyes. I'm pretty tan and average height. I'm turning 20 in November and can't wait to start my life in Georiga!

My best friend Mya and I are like sisters and are going to be roommates in our dorms! We have been basically sisters since 6th grade and are always together. We both drove Seperate and will see each other in 10 hours from driving.
