"Come on love birds! We got to go!" yells Derek impatiently. "We're coming!" shouts Maks in reply. They walk out and get either smug looks or angry looks from everyone. "What?" asks Maks. "Well considering the fact you to shared a room last night, we know what happened in there." Mark burst out laughing at his on statement. Meryl blushes bright red and hides behind Maks. "I do not like what your implying Mark. I really will kick your ass and you know I will." says Maks as he wraps his arm around Meryl who is still hiding behind him embarrassed. "Maks, make them stop." Meryl says in a tiny whisper of a voice. The taunting continues until Maks finally loses it and scares them off, it scares Meryl to see him so mad and she starts to back away from him. Maks noticed that she's scared and takes a second to calm himself down, after a few minutes he walks calmly over to her and wraps his arms around her and pulls her close to him. "I'm sorry." He murmurs into her hair. Meryl sighs continently and snuggles deeper into him. They finally head downstairs and luckily they have a different car than the other couples. They arrive on the set of their next interview when Meryl sees a mess of blonde hair running towards her. "Charlie!!" she exclaims as he picks her up and spins her around. They laugh and hug each other, Maks is notably tense as he sees the love of his life being hugged and kissed on by someone else, even if they have been friends since they were eight years old. "Congratulations!" Meryl smiles and looks back at Maks who looks extremely uncomfortable, "Charlie, Maks and I have something to tell you." Charlie grins, "Please, I already know you two are together. I could tell by the uncomfortable look on his face when I spun you around." They laugh at each other and Maks keeps his arm securely around Meryl's shoulders. "Well you guys get where you need to be. I'll see you later." Charlie leaves and Meryl and Maks wait for their mark on camera. Their day was filled with interviews and really inappropriate personal questions. "Babe, are you alright?" said Maks when the get back to their hotel. "No, I want these inappropriate things to stop, it's really annoying." Maks nods in agreement, they get ready for bed in silence. When they lay down, they both lay as far away from each other as the bed will allow, as they both feel extremely uncomfortable around each other again. Soon after, Maks is out like a light, but Meryl is left alone with her thoughts, which can be extremely dangerous and harmful to her. The next morning Maks rolls over to her and pulls her close to his chest, "Good morning." Meryl is rigid against him. "Babe, what's wrong? You're distant." Meryl tries to wiggle away from him, she's been silently crying all night. "Babe? Talk to me." Maks says in a worried voice, " You're scaring me babe. You've never been one to hide your emotions from me." Meryl quickly turns over and hides her face in his shirt so he can't see her tears. "I'm s-so-sorry." She stumbles over her word from the dryness in her throat. Maks pulls her closer and rubs her back as she pulls herself together. "Meryl, what's wrong?" Maks is really worried about her now, she always tells him what's wrong. "Last night, it felt like you were gone." Maks is confused," I was right here babe." Meryl laughs dryly, "Physically, yeah you were. But every night we've shared a bed, you either held me to your chest or you've had your arms around me, but you didn't do either last night and I felt so far away from you. I just want you." said Meryl as she cries into his shirt. Maks is shocked that he hurt her so much, he tightens his arms around her and runs his fingers through her hair. "I'm so sorry babe. I didn't even realize that I was hurting you." Maks holds her tight and they stay in bed most of the day, when night falls they are both bursting with energy. "Meryl! Let's go outside!" says Maks as he jumps up and down on the bed. "Maks! Calm down, your going to hurt one of us!" says Meryl as she giggles loudly. "But I'm bored!" whines Maks as he continues to jump up and down. "Well, I think I know exactly how to cure that boredom." said Meryl with a wink as she gets up and runs into the living room part of their hotel room. Maks runs after her and they chase each other around until there is a knock on the door. They run over to the door, "Yes?" They answer sarcastically. "You think you could keep it down love birds? Some of us are trying to sleep." says as extremely exhausted looking Derek. "We'll try." says Maks as he pulls Meryl back into him as she giggles loudly. "Aw young love." says Derek as he sweeps away back into his room. Maks laughs as he shuts the door, "Well, now that he's gone, we can continue our fun." He puts her down and they chase each other around until they collapse on the couch into each other's arms. "I love you." They say at the same time and they laugh at each other. Maks leans forward and kisses her. "Babe, you ready to go to sleep?" Meryl simply nods and Maks picks her up and carries her to their bed. Meryl immediately lays her head on his chest and drifts off to sleep.
