The light of the sun danced through the crystaline caverns before eventually dying down. After a moment, the light danced once more, it's path different than the last. Time and time again, the sun winked off of the coin, swimming through the icy caverns Marus called Sanctuary. Each time he caught his golden coin, he would simply flick it back upwards, allowing the sun to blister through his home once more, entrancing his eyes.

Marus did this when he thought about the past. How long his few years had been. He wore his usual black T-Shirt, as well as a pair of black Cargo pants. He did not seem to be chilled the slightest, despite being surrounded by a maze of ice, constantly being illuminated before the darkness returned, swallowing all light. It was an unending cycle, really, although Marus didn't mind. It reminded him not to forget. He knew he had saved Serrah that day. And he knew, if he heard her call, he'd do it again.
