-Faith's P.O.V-

I woke up the next morning, showered, changed, and did my makeup and hair. All in record time. I've woken up late so many times I've mastered the ability to be ready in under fifteen minutes.

"Morning!" I beam into the kitchen with a small smile. "Smells good." I eyed Freya who was cooking pancakes on the stove. The ingredients are still out yet organized. It's odd to see it all clean, mom isn't the cleanest person when making pancakes, so I'm surprised.

"Thank you." the blonde witch, beside me, smiles and sets the plate down on the table. I thank her and dig in. The sweetness, the perfect texture, everything about it had me almost moaning. The warmth practically gave my mouth an orgasm. They were flawlessly tasteful.

Once I was done with breakfast, I bid the ones present goodbye and left for school.

I parked my car outside and walked over to the school's doors. Suddenly, I felt a hand grab mine. I instantly knew who it was. "Hello, beautiful." whispered Adam in my ear. Shivers came down my spine.

"Hey." I greet softly. I turn on his arms and lean up to kiss his soft lips. My body warms up to him as he brings us closer by my waist.

He intertwined our fingers. "So what are we doing today?" he asked me, making me raise my eyebrows. "Go to class." I said, shrugging, and kept on walking.

I was hoping he would invite me to the dance, and ask me the question that is in everyone's mouths, yet it seems I'm just getting my hopes up. Adam abruptly stops and raises my chin to catch my eyes to look at him.

A frown rested on his face. "Are you okay, Faith?" he asked me seriously.

"Yeah." I answered and looked down again. I felt his big hand touch my left cheek, caressing it.

"You sure?" he asked again, not convinced.

"Mhm. I'm good."

I can see he's not convinced but drops the assistance. "If you say so." he then leaned down to kiss me, I responded to the kiss not being able to resist even though I was quite mad at him.

We pulled away as the bell rang. He groaned, resting his forehead against mine. I giggled at him. "I hate school." he complained.

"Me too."

-3rd person's P.O.V-

Faith was in class bored as she listened to the teacher keep on talking about mass and other stuff. Carson who sat beside her watched her. He could see the sadness written all over her pretty face.
