~Dagger's POV~
I was sitting at my office doing paper work while thinking. I heard Hanji kissed Levi. What a shame. I sorta had a crush on her. But oh well. That's life and thats her decision. Surprisingly Levi liked her back even though he's consistently annoyed by her. I thought. Sure I hated feeling heartbroken but I still had a smile on my face even though my eyes told everyone my true emotion when I'm doing a fake smile. I heard a knock on my door and I sighed. "Come in" I said putting my pencil down and folded my hands together on my desk. I see Hanji walk in. Great....my now ex-crush is in here. Wait I don't think ex-crush is even a thing! I thought. Hanji sat in the chair in front of my desk. "Look Dagger....I just heard you had a crush on me. I'm sorry for not noticing at first....I hope you understand" Hanji said playing with her fingers a little bit in her lap. I sighed and smiled a fake smile "I understand and please don't apologize. You did nothing wrong. If your happy with Levi then you should be with him. He's a great friend once you get to know him well" I said and she stood from her chair "DAMN IT DAGGER! I KNOW YOUR LIEING!!!!! I SEE IT IN YOUR EYES!" Hanji said slamming her hands on my desk. I frowned and gave her an angry look "no yelling or slamming in my office Mrs. Zoe" I said standing from my chair angrily. She froze since I only call people by their last names when I'm angry or if I first met them. But since I knew Hanji already Hanji knows that I'm mad. Both from me saying her last name and the anger on my face AND voice.
~Mikasa's POV~
Me, Armin, (Y/N), and Eren were going down the hall near by Dagger's and Erwin's office. Once we were at Dagger's office we heard yelling from inside. "DAMN IT DAGGER!!! I KNOW YOUR LIEING!!!!! I CAN SEE IT IN YOUR EYES!!!!" It sounded like....Hanji? "What's going on?" (Y/N) asked and we shrugged. We open the door a little bit because of our curiousness. We saw Dagger standing with an angry face and Hanji stood there in fear with her hands on his desk. We never saw Dagger frown or be this angry. "I-I" Hanji stuttered shaking "Get out" Dagger said lowly. We froze in fear and shock because we never heard his voice this low. Even I froze. "But I-" Hanji got interrupted by Dagger "I said Get. OUT." Dagger said slamming his hands on his desk. Hanji flinch and before she could turn around we closed the door and pretended we were talking outside of the office. Hanji walked out and saw us. We stop talking and looked at her "d-did you hear any of that?" Hanji asked "only the yelling" I said "o-oh...o-ok. Just please don't tell anyone" Hanji said walking off. "I'm gonna talk to Dagger" (Y/N) said walking towards the door. I grabbed her arm and she looked at me. "Be careful. He seemed really angry and we never saw him angry or even frown" I said and she nodded "I'll be careful. Don't worry" She said and walked in when I let go of her arm. I looked over at Eren and Armin. They had surprised faces. "What?" I said normally "why did you do that?" Armin asked "what? Can't I defend my friend?" I said a little angrily and they flinched and yelled "YES!" In a squeaky voice. I smirked a little bit because of it.
~(Y/N)'s POV~
I walked in and see Dagger rubbing his forehead. "E-excuse me sir?" I said and he looked up. He smiled and folded his hands together "hello (Y/N). Please. Take a seat" he said motioning to the chair in front of him. I walked over and sat in the chair. I played with my fingers. "So um....I heard Hanji yelling. Is there something wrong between you two? Did you break up or something?" I said "what? Break up?" Dagger said confused "y-ya. I heard people say you two were together because you had a crush on Hanji" I said and he smiled and chuckled "we were never together (Y/N)" Dagger said. He had....happiness in his eyes? Wait hold on and LOVE?! WHAT?! "But Hanji got mad for some reason. Probably because she thought I didn't understand that she's dating Levi Ackerman" Dagger explained "o-oh....I'm sorry to hear that you two didn't get together. I think you two would make a great couple!" I said cheerfully and he chuckled "it's ok and thank you". I smiled brightly.
~Dagger's POV~
She's so sweet and kind. Her smile makes me smile a real smile. I think I have a crush on her. "So (Y/N) do you need anything else or do you just want to talk?" I said crossing my arms and smirked. She thought for a moment before smiling "no I just wanted to talk. But if you want me to leave then I'll leave sir" she said and I shook my head "no no please stay. And please. Call me Dagger" I said smiling and she smiled.
~1 hour later~
We've been talking for about an hour and I've learned so much about her! She told me why she joined the scouts which was to have revenge on the armored titan because he crushed her parents right in front of her. I felt bad for her. I truly did. I learned about her family, age, who were her friends, personal stuff, EVERYTHING about her. I felt much more closer to her and I think my feelings for her grew more. "(Y/N)...." I whispered and she tilted her head with a smile "yes Dagger?" She said and I blushed a little. Cute... I thought. "Can I tell you something?" I asked and she nods "of course!" I took a deep breath before continuing "I-I love you...." I mumble and she blushed and smiled "I love you to Dagger" she said and I stood up and walked to her. She stood up to and I grab her waist with my right hand. I hold her chin with my free hand and kissed her. She kissed back and we smiled into the kiss. I will protect her with all my life.
