It is currently 3 am on July 3. Now you might be thinking "what is doing up at 3 am? Is she crazy?". Well lets just say I'm not happy about getting up this early but today my family, so my dad, mom, sisters and I, are flying to California to see my cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandparents and also my brother. He just stayed there after he finished his first year of college.
I, being prepared, am just sitting on the couch while the rest of the family is running around the house getting ready. After about half an hour of that organized chaos, we are finally ready to head to the airport. You see this is not a once in a while situation for getting ready to leave for a trip. This happens every single time! Anyways, as soon as we get in the car I fall asleep because it takes us around an hour to get to the airport so why not, right?
I wake up just as we pull up to the airport. After we check our bags in, go through security, and all that jazz we head to an Colectivo coffee shop in our terminal. (a/n: just in case if you were wondering, Colectivo is the name of a chain coffee shop. Kind of like Starbucks.) I got a hot chocolate. I don't care if its the middle of the summer or the middle of winter! If I'm in the mood for hot chocolate, that's what I'm going to drink!
As usual we get to our gate and they are already boarding so we don't have to wait that long until we get on to the plane. Once we have boarded I grab my gold iPhone 5s and plug in my earbuds. I start listening to my favorite song; Rude by Magic!
Saturday morning jumped out of bed
