I Will Never Let You Go Chapter Three

 I woke up and found Deidara in my bed. Heh, little perv, I can use this against him later. "so, this is where you chose to sleep" I said as I flipped over on my other side so I could see him. "ya un" he said blushing. "just be glad your my friend" I said as I poked his nose. "what would've happened if I wasn't un?" he asked. "I would have taken a sledge hammer to your face" I said like it was nothing. "you would have done that to someone un!?" he said horrified. "don't worry, as long as your on my good side I won't do something like that" I said to him. "promise un?" he said. "promise" I replied as I kissed his forehead. "why did you do that un?" he asked as he blushed. "because your my friend" I said to him. "ok, now out! I gotta change" I said as I pointed to the door. "can I stay since I'm your friend un?" he asked nicely. "fine, you stay in bed. I'll go change in the bathroom" I said as I gathered some clothes. I went in and took a quick shower then got dressed. I brushed out my hair  then came out. I went into the kitchen and made blueberry waffles. Then Deidara comes in with only a pair of boxers. "what the hell happened to your clothes!?" I yelled as I turned my back to him. "you didn't notice? I was in this all night un" he said as he sat down at the table. "go get clothes on.now!" I said as I pointed to my room. "fine un" he said as he headed back to the room. "I might take a mallet to his face one day" I said to myself as I finished setting the table. He came back in his ninja clothes and sat down again. "better un?" he asked. "yes" I replied as I sat by him. "this is good" he said as he took the first bite."thank you" I said as I ate mine. We finished then we brushed our teeth, then headed to the academy. "so, why did your parents kick you out?" I asked. "we got in a fight un" he replied."if you don't mind my asking, over what?" I asked."things un" he replied. "ok, I see" I said not pushing him farther. "aren't you gonna keep asking un?" he asked. "well, if you don't want to be upfront about it, then I don't mind" I said to him."ok, it was over you un" he said. "I saw that coming" I replied. "they don't like you un" he said. "saw that too" I said as we got to the academy. We walked to the class room in silence. "hey,Tsukiko, I bet you your not gonna pass"Shigeko said. "well, have you eaten your breakfast yet?" I asked. "no" he replied. "because those words are gonna be your breakfast" I replied. He just stood there like an idiot while we walked on by him. "ok, the graduation exams will be held in half an hour. After that, depending on how good you did, is how you will be divided" Shinju sensei said walking in. She gave us some advice, then we were called out one by one to take the exams. "Tsukiko" she called out. I went to the next room and stood in the center. "do any jutsu that you think will help you" the sensei said. "ok. I got two" I said. "then hurry up" he said. "ok" I said as I bit my thumb and did some handseals. "summoning jutsu!" I yelled as I slammed my palm on the ground. There was a poof of smoke and out came a Phoenix. "how's that?" I asked as I stood beside Kaito (the Pheonix). "very nice" he said unenthusiastic. Then Kaito got pissed and launched a fireball at him. "WOAH!" the sensei yelled as he barely dodged it. Then Kaito disappeared in a cloud of smoke. "Phoenix's are very prideful" I said as he stood up. "ok. show me the other one" he said as he stood back a little. "ok" I said as I made a clone. I did some handseals then yelled "Raikiri!" as I impaled my clone with the lightning blade. "you pass!" he yelled as he did a thumbs up. I smiled then went back into the classroom. I take it you passed un?" Deidara said. "no I died" I said sarcastically. Then we both burst out laughing then Shinju sensei called Deidara in. "good luck" I said to him. "thanks un" he said as he went in. "in three,two,one" I said right as "Katsu!" was heard and an explosion which made the academy shake. "told ya" I said as I went to the door for Deidara. "you passed too?" I said to him. "yep un" he replied. "good job"  I said as we went to our seats. Everyone else went in and that ended. "ok, tomorrow is the last day. then, you shall be told what rank you are and what team you are on" Shinju sensei said as she went out. Deidara and I walked home in silence. "what do you want for dinner?" I asked as we came in the front door. "anything will do" he replied. I made two cups of instant ramen and put them on the table. Deidara came in and we ate in silence. "gonna sleep in my bed again?" I asked him as I finished. "yep un" he replied as he finished his. "don't sleep in a pair of boxers again" I said as we went to my room. "well, what do I sleep in then un?" he asked. "sleep in a pair of shorts" I said as I grabbed a regular shirt and some knee shorts. I went into the bathroom and changed then came back into the room. "I don't have any shorts though un" he said as I put my old clothes in my laundry hamper. "what all do you have?" I asked. "umm... ninja clothes un" he replied. I facepalmed and and stood there. "fine, sleep in your boxers, but sleep on the other side of the bed" I said to him as I got in on the far side with my back to him. I heard him undressing then climbing in bed with me. "good night un" he whispered in my ear. "other side of the bed" I said without turning around. "gosh don't be so cold un" he said as he went to the other side. "good night" I said as I closed my eyes. I soon fell into a dreamless sleep.
