Preface

*Chrystal Above*

"Chrystal, you're drooling."
I spun around and glared at my best friend, Emma.
"No I'm not!" I pouted. Was I drooling?
"Your totally drooling over Tyson's hot a-
I clamped my hand over her mouth and squealed. She flashed me grin and returned to her Physics worksheet.

Okay, okay, I might have had a small crush on Tyson Ellis, Roseveiw High's resident bad boy. But, really, who didn't? He's got an amazing body, perfect hair, and these beautiful green eyes I could gaze into all day...
"You're drooling again!"

Thankfully, Emma shouted this as the bell rang, so nobody heard. I stuffed my Physics work back into my bag and pulled Emma to the cafeteria.
"I'm going to kill you!" I cried mock- angrily, wiggling a disapproving finger at her. She chuckled lowly, sitting at our usual table at the back of the lunch room.
"Why do you like him so much anyway? You could have any guy here! But you want the one boy who doesn't want you!" Emma sighed loudly. I shrugged, unwrapping my tuna sandwich.

"Can we talk about something other than Tyson please?" I groaned, rolling my eyes. Emma nodded slowly, biting into her own sandwich.
"Alright, what are we doing this weekend?" She asked. Emma and I spent every weekend together. Whether we went to the cinema's, went to a party, or stayed home and watched Netflix, we had a great time as long as we were together.
"I don't know. It's going to be hot though" I muttered, a little bit of tuna falling from my mouth.
"Lets go to the beach!" Emma exclaimed. I nodded, a smile pulling at my lips.
