Mysterious blonde: A high school modern era story.

Chapter 3

So you are back once again. Well hopefully you are back to see what happens next. If you are just starting to read this story you should know I will probably swear a lot. So just be prepared. Oh yeah and the picture at the top is what Natsu looks like in this story. The scars and all, well minus the key. I will still let him have his scarf, so for the time being just pretend it's there. On with the story!

-Lucy's POV
We had gotten to the fight club or what they call it umm sorry have to think of the word..... Oh yeah! Now I remember Laxus called it a guild earlier. "Hey Laxus!" Said a voice I didn't recognize. I then felt Laxus's hand gone he was pulled away from me. Well that's what Happy told me anyways.
"Hey Lucy." Said a feminine voice I turned to where I heard the voice and replied, " Hey Mira."
"So what are you doing here?" Asked Mira.
"Well I'm joining the ummm... what did Laxus call it? Oh yeah I'm gonna join your guild! Is that okay?" I ask.
"Yes that's fine but you need to get your mark. So what color and where do you want it?" Asked Mira.
"Umm I'll go with pink and on my right hand." I reply.
"Okay." I felt a little pressure on my hand and then heard Mira say, " You do know your probably gonna have to fight right?" I nod my head and say,
"I'm looking forward to it." We continue to talk for a while until I heard Laxus's name get called. Then I heard Mira's get called then Mira says, " Yes! I get to fight Laxus!" I laugh at her reaction she leads me over to the rink and I listen to them fight. After a few minutes the fight is over. Apparently Mira won.
-Normal POV
"Okay tonight we have Natsu vs. Lucy? Do we even have a girl named Lucy here?" Says the announcer. Lucy raises her hand and Happy leads her into the middle of the fighting ring.
"So your Lucy?" Asks a deep but soothing voice.
"Yep I'm Lucy. Who are you?" Lucy asks the deep voiced man.
"The name is Natsu." Said the voice whom Lucy has now discovered is Natsu.
"Oh your the guy I have to fight huh?" Asks Lucy.
"Yup. That's me." He replies.
"Okay fighters take your positions." Says the announcer.
"Wait a minute." Says Natsu. "Why does she have a cat with her?"
"Umm miss your cat has to stay on the side lines. Okay?" The announcer says to Lucy.
"Happy go stand on the side lines okay?" Lucy says to Happy. Happy just replies with his usual "Aye sir!" Then he flew off to watch from Laxus's shoulder. "Fighters ready? Fight!" Says the announcer. Lucy stands perfectly still and Natsu moves to make an advance. Lucy still standing still doesn't do anything until he takes a swing at her. Lucy then ducks under the swing and punched Natsu in the gut. Lucy stands back up while Natsu whom as everyone but Lucy can see is pissed that this new girl landed a punch on him. He then starts attacking at random and Lucy can block a few while she got hit just a few times. She steps back and kicks out and up her foot connects with Natsu's Head. He gets thrown into the side of the fighting rink and falls to the floor. Natsu is now deciding to take her down no matter what. He slams Lucy to the floor and gets on top of her. Lucy then scrambles to get out from underneath Natsu. Then she remembered something Laxus told her so she brought her leg up and kneed Natsu in the butt so he went over top of her she then got up and straddled Natsu's hips and held his hands. Then the announcer went "5-4-3-2-1. And Lucy is our winner!"
-Natsu's POV
'What this blonde beat me? Only Erza, Laxus, Mira, Guildarts and Master have ever beaten me! Who the hell is this chick?!' "Hey umm can you get off me?" I ask the blonde.
"Oh yeah sure." She replies and gets off me.
"So sorry umm what's your name again?" I ask her as we walk out of the fighting rink.
"Hey Blondie!" I hear Laxus yell.
"Hey Laxus." She replies as he walks up to her and puts his arm around her shoulder.
"Natsu I saw you lost to my pupil." Laxus says to me.
"Wait a second your his pupil?!" I ask the blonde.
"Yeah why?" She asks.
"Well I mean that's the reason you beat me. Only 5 other people in this guild can beat me." I say to her.
"I see so does that mean there are now 6 people in this guild that can beat you?" She asks with a smile on her lips. Where my lips on the other hand make a frown.
"Tch. Yeah right. I let you win cause your obviously new here." I say to her.
"Yep I'm sure that's why I won. Maybe I should train you." She says to me.
"Haha very funny. I got to go." I say in response then I head over to my usual table and sit next to Erza, Gray, and Lisanna.
"Dude you got your ass handed to you by the newbie. Not only that but she's also a girl." States Gray while he is cracking up.
"Shut the fuck up Ice Prick." I say to him.
"So Natsu what did the new girl look like anyway? Was she hot? Describe her for me." Says Gray.
"She had long blonde hair that was in a French braid. She was very good looking and she was busty. Oh yeah and she had a blue cat." I say then I heard Erza say, "What?! A blue cat are you sure?" She asks me while Lisanna groans and says "I saw her at school today."
"Umm yeah I'm sure she had a blue cat." I say to Erza. "Why is that important?"
"That's the new girl at school Lucy! The one I was telling you about! The one that's blind." She says to all of us. Gray bursts out laughing.
"Wait so not only did flame brain get beat by the new girl. But it also happens to be the new girl at school that's blind?! Dude this is priceless." Gray says while laughing.

Well there you go I finally got another chapter done. Once again if you have some tips on how to make my story better I am always up for criticism. Good or bad. Well got to go.
