JAYY'S POV

I told him everything. About our fans, Sally and our other friends, where we met. Pretty much everything. But I did leave out one minor detail, the fact that right before he had turned into a wolf for the first time he was like in love with me. He just doesn't need to know that for two huge reasons. One, werewolves and vampires are meant to be enemies, really I should have killed him by now or him me, just on natural instinct, it's a shock really. Two, werewolves not only hate vampires they also hate same sex relationships, they are huge homophobes. "So wait." Dahvie whispered, seeming to be in a small trance. Delicately he reached up and pushed my sleeve up allowing him to point at my BOTDF tattoo, then he put his wrist to mine and whispered "so that's why we have the same tattoo." I smiled down at him and nodded. "That's also why I have this." I bent my neck downwards and pushed my hair out of the way. "Look." I said. He quickly got up onto his knees and gasped. "Why do you have a tattoo of my name on your neck?" I smiled and sat up normally once again. "I wanted to always feel like you were with me, even when you weren't." he smiled lightly and scratched his neck. "But why can't I remember all of this Jayy?" I noticed that he had tears glistening in his eyes. I sighed and cupped his cheek while gently wiping his tears away with my thumb. "They brainwashed you Dahvie, they wanted to make you forget. But I never did, I've been missing you all of this time like a drug addict misses cocaine. Well no, I've been missing you like a guy misses his best friend after his friend has passed away." I felt tears flowing down my face as I finished the end of my sentence, so much for being the tough one. But for me it was as if Dahvie had passed away. He wasn't here necessarily; it was like he had died. As the tears flowed like rain down my face, Dahvie without a second thought lay down and pulled me on top of him; I gasped and looked up at him smiling. "I guess I didn't forget everything Jayy, I remember this is the best way to comfort you, and I also remember you letting me sleep with you when I had nightmares and sometimes you'd sing me to sleep, but I can't remember much else." I smiled even as I watched his crestfallen face, "Dahvie." I whispered "be happy you can remember anything." he sighed sadly but nodded. I smiled again and just as I closed my eyes I heard a voice, a voice that I hated to hear. Daniel's. "Hey Jayy, I told you I would finish you off now didn't I?" he jumped in through my window with a smirk on his face. I hissed loudly and jumped off of Dahvie, only to fall straight to the ground. Damn it! I haven't been feeding and Daniel knew it. He is going to use that against me, I just know it. He laughed and stepped closer to me, not even noticing Dahvie. "Leave him alone Ferrara." Dahvie growled. Daniel turned at the sound of his name and gasped "Da-Dahvie, I thought you were dead." Dahvie laughed and stood. "You almost killed me Daniel, but trust me I'm alive and well. So I advise you to leave if you want to live." Daniel rolled his eyes "you've never even attacked a vampire, you probably couldn't even kill Jayy and he is at his weakest point right now!" Dahvie smiled and stalked towards Daniel. "you're right on both counts, but just because I haven't attacked a vampire before it doesn't mean that I cant take you down and yeah I cant kill Jayy, but not because of the reason that you think. It's because he is an amazing guy who cares more about others than himself. I have no reason to hurt him; he is too good of a friend. You on the other hand have killed so many innocent people and hurt people who I love" Daniel snickered as he bent down to graze his teeth along my neck. "Daniel." Dahvie mumbled "I'll give you the count of three to leave and never come back. Or you will regret it! One." Daniel bit down slightly into my skin "two." he sunk his teeth deeper, just drawing blood. "Three!" Daniel bit down with all of his strength, sucking up my blood forcefully. I screamed out in anguish just as Daniel was ripped away from me. Through my lidded eyes I saw Dahvie as a wolf over Daniel, growling like a madman. Daniel had lost that cocky look that was on his face earlier. Dahvie's growl grew louder as Daniel reached up and slashed Dahvie's cheek with his nails. I smiled lightly as Dahvie bit Daniel's neck so hard that I heard and audible crack and Daniel fell silent. Seconds later Daniel's body disappeared and I knew that he was dead, and I was able to be happy again. But how could Dahvie possibly be that strong? When he was a human I had always protected him, not the other way around. Dahvie looked towards me with a creepy look in his eyes. He looked... evil, like he was ready to rip anything to shreds even me. For the first time ever I felt something foreign towards Dahvie, I was fearful of him. I watched nervously as he licked his muzzle clean of Daniel's blood and walked over to me, quickly phasing back into a human. As he stepped closer I instinctively flinched away from him. He noticed and frowned "Jayy, don't be scared I'd never hurt you." I took a deep breathe and nodded as he lifted me and placed me onto his bed. "Jayy you need to feed." I sighed and nodded "I know but I'm almost too weak to move, I haven't eaten in days and Daniel took a lot of my blood." gently he lay across my chest and whispered "go ahead Jayy, drink." I frowned and opened my eyes that I hadn't even noticed had closed. "Dahvie, I could so easily lose control and kill you." he rolled his eyes. "I don't care Jayy." he whispered "drink right now or I'm going to tear my skin open and leave you no choice!" I felt a small smile on my cheeks, some things never change. "Okay Dahvie but tell me if I get too rough." he nodded and I placed my lips gingerly over his neck, just finding the vein. As the blood touched my tongue I realized something, it still sent that electric shock up through my body that I had gotten when he was a human. I gently removed my teeth and looked down at him. "Thank you Dahvie." I whispered. He smiled and nodded. "No problem, can you stay with me tonight? I just really don't wanna be alone." I smiled and nodded, laying my head onto the pillow behind me, I was tired but I still had to know one thing, "Dahvie?" I whispered "mhm?" he answered quietly. I sighed and asked "who had Daniel hurt that you loved?" I could hear the smile in his voice as he replied "you Jayy, he had hurt you." another smile slowly spread out across my face as I pulled Dahvie closer, quickly falling asleep to his quiet breathing.
