Manik reaches malhotra's office the board meeting was going on manik ask raj to come in he gave him the permission

raj - what the hell u are late for board meeting i will not tolerate this type of work in my office and where the hell u kept the blue prints of that project

ma - take this blue print to the project and yes i came late because my wife is admitted in hospital

after listening this abhi and raj were shocked raj immediately asked

raj - nandini kaise hai ?

ab - manik voh theek hai na konse hospital ?

ma - she is fine now and i don'twant to mix my professional and private life to be mixed and yes this is the blue print of this project and my resignation letter cause i am no more intrested to work i am irresposible careless person decided to have break and leave

manik kept the files on raj's desk

ma - sir i am going to my cabin to pack my stuff

manik goes to his cabin and quickly packs his stuff

here raj calls nyo to office and tells all things which manik told him then they both go to manik's cabin 

raj - manik what are u doing ?

ma - i am just leaving mr. malhotra give me 2 minutes

raj - what the hell u are doing manik

ma - yes 1 minute please

raj - i am already frustated because of this MN industries now u also

ma -  oh congratulations mr malhotra the cause of frustation of both the problem is same that is me i am the sole owner of MN industries

raj - what

manik forwards him a bag 

ma - take this

raj take that and says 

raj -kya hai isme ?

ma - isme voh saari jewellery hai jo apne or apki wife and bete bahu ne meri wife ko di thi and yes isme kuch cheez missing hai just like meri wife k choore k 4 bangles her 3 mangalsutra , wedding ring , sindoor box and closet all cost 50 lakhs approx this is the cheque and i want to live in ur house as pg for one month cause my house is under construction and dr also suggested not to give stress and tension to her so the cheque that i am giving u is of 70 lakhs in which 1 month rent is included

nyo - manik tu yeh kya bakvas kr rha hai or nandini ko kya hua hai??

ma - mrs. malhotra now my wife is fine by god's grace my baby and wife both are fine varna apke pati ne toh koi chance he nhi choda tha for their survival dr said she suffered from hypertension attack now i just want a smooth life for them i have selected place and evrything construction work is left and to explain nandini the situation i need one month time cause i can't pressurize her again

nyo - but inn sab mai meri galti kya hai

ma - galti krne vale ko na rokna bhi galti mai saath dene k barbar hota hai mom i always wished ki nandini na apki tarah rhe hmesha but i am happy she is not like u voh apki tarh ki wife nhi hai voh mujhe koi aisa kaam nhi krne deti atleast apni presence mai jo ki mai regret krun she either calms or drags me away from that situation for that instance

nyo - manik sun toh

ma - mrs . malhotra please abhi nhi ap abhi mujhe smjhana chahti hai or mera dimag abhi kch smjhne k liye ready nhi hai  mere kaano mai abhi bhi drs k voh words ghum rhe hai "she is suffering from hyprtension belly pe stress pdne ki vajah se baby k survival k baare mai bata pana mushquil hai" just think agar kal ko mujhe kuch ho jayega toh how u will feel

raj - manik

ma - please i can't stay here anymore i have resigned and mr malhotra and the second cause of ur tension MN industries is also mine i want to say thanks to u actually u made me realised not to trust anyone so for my baby's and wife's future i build up that on my own cause they are always proud of me , they think i am their superhero they can't see my head bowed down in shame that's why i started this industries for my wife and baby 

after giving a long speech to mr. malhotra manik left from there mr malhotra realised how much wrong he did with manik and nyo also realised that she should have stopped mr malhotra in a better way 

manik goes to hospital again and dr told manik that nandini requires 3 months complete bed rest so she needs extra care and pampering dr said nandini that she will get discharge tomorrow but doing lots of pleadings and making a lot of puppy face manik aggries to her  but he gave her lots of warning that she will not step out of their bed and nandini promised him that she will follow his all directions

after sometime manik picks her up and starts moving towards their car and then made her comfortable on the passenger seat and then again drove to malhotra mansion 

They reaches malhotra mansion then Manik again picks her up and made their way for entrance he saw that nyo and mukti are waiting for them with arti ki thali he don't want to create a scene in front of mansion as if now so he let them do whatever they want by holding her in his arms then made his way to their room and put mansion on the bed

Nan – Manik ghar aa k kitna achaa lg rha hai na

Ma – hmm

Then a lady enters the room and 2 men followed her

Nan – yeh log kon hai

Manik looks at them and says

Ma – oh nandini meet Maria she is your personal servant she will be always in room when I am in office or not at home and these 2 are ur body guards Andrew and Thomas and they are here for ur comfort and safety and  I don't want a discussion on this ki Manik I don't need this and vagera vagera it's my final decision and u have to follow I don't want any argument is that clear

Nandini nods in yes then Maria and bodyguards left Mann's room
