Moving in!

Scotty dropped everyone off before I gave him the address to my apartment. "No way that's like 10 minuets away from our house!" " Oh that's cool" He's so cute and really nice. He's a really great start to this new part of my life.

When we got to my new apartment Scotty helped me get all of my bags upstairs. When we got to the door there was could you not 7 large boxes sitting outside. "Oh I didn't think this would beat me here!" Scotty says, "What is it?" " It's all of my stuff from Maryland my mom and I mailed it the day before I left but it wasn't supposed to be here until tomorrow." "Oh well then we better get unpacking!" I took the key that my landlord mailed me last week and opened the door. I stood there in aww, this is the first time I'm seeing it in person. " Juls this is really nice!" Did he already nickname me, he's literally known me for like 3 hours, it's okay though, I like it.

Scotty brings all of the boxes in for me since they were really heavy. "Thank you Scotty!" "No problem. Where are we starting first?" "Kitchen." "Ok then." We walk to the kitchen and Scotty brings two of the boxes labeled KITCHEN with him. We start putting the things in the boxes away. Scotty breaks the silence with, " So what's your story Juls?" "What do you mean my story? I told you I moved from Maryland to go to school here." "No I mean who are you, what defines you, makes you Juls?" " Well I've never moved, ever, I lived in the same house all 18 years. In high school I lived a good life, I wasn't popular but I had popular friends, I wasn't a nerd but I had nerdy friends, I had a happy medium. I don't really talk to anyone from high school except for my two best friends and two other girls that I didn't go to school with. I've always had this great love for medicine and always knew that it was what I was meant to pursue. My parents aren't together and haven't been since I was two. Both of them remarried. I have a big brother that's younger than you. He's 25 (IRL Scotty is 26). My moms best friend's daughters that I've know my whole life are basically my sisters. One is 23 and the other 20. I'm the baby of the family. But my birthday is next week. I've always had good grades but like I said I was never the nerdy kid with no friends. That's Juls I guess." "Wow Juls I've know you literally 3 hours but I feel like I've know you for years now." Scotty and I continued to unpack and just talk to each other.

—COUPLE HOURS LATER—

It was around 8:45 when Scotty and I had almost finished and I had said, " I'm getting kind of hungry Scotty." "Me too. Do you want to do Chinese?" "That sounds great!" "Ok do you want to come back to my house tonight since you have no bed or furniture?" "Yes that sounds great!" Scotty is literally the sweetest guy I've met in my life!
