I close my eyes and see you. I see our happy times.

I open my eyes and now you're gone

In the blink of an eye everything just went wrong
(Maybe i was in Dreamland singing our fake love song)

I use to look in your eyes, i saw laughter, love, and life

You said what we had was “life long”

I thought we could get through anything, you told me we were strong
(I was stuck in Dreamland singing our fake long song)

I knew how we would end up,i was willing to risk it. Maybe everything was a lie

Maybe I missed all of the signs, but with you, It was worth a try

I thought you cared, I thought you wanted me, I even thought we belonged
(i couldn't escape my Dreamland singing our fake love song)

I close my eyes and see you. I see our faded memories

I open my eyes and now they're all gone

In the blink of an eye everything just went wrong
(Im finally leaving Dreamland and i stopped singing our fake love song)
