Just one more nap. Yoongi thought to himself as he scattered around the halls, trying to find a place to rest. Min Yoongi was always skipping class to take "just one more nap". Even with the massive amount of times Yoongi had skipped class, he still kept his grades up while balancing his music career. His mother had token him to many doctors, thinking Yoongi had a case of depression or stress weighing him down because of the amount of time he spend sleeping, and although Yoongi did struggle with a small case of depression, he just loved to sleep. Not because of depression, but just because it was what he enjoyed doing.
After a while of scattering around the halls, Yoongi came across the band room. A section of the band room had couches, vending machines, a television, and game systems. It was like a little hang out area for all the band members after practice. Which was convenient for Yoongi because the band wouldn't be practicing for another hour or two. Yoongi stumbled into the band room with a small smirk on his face, closing the door behind him. He looked at the comfortable couch with lust in his eyes.
"Oh, how I missed you." Yoongi mumbled under his breath as he pulled out a pillow from under the couch and flopped onto the couch, snuggling the pillow with his bum up in the air. "Mmm~" He murmured happily with his eyes closed and a continuous smirk on his face. Yoongi could feel his body loosen up and the air he was inhaling became to feel more cold and more peaceful as the seconds went by. Yoongi could feel himself drifting off to sleep.
As Yoongi lied there, happily limped, he could hear the sound of a beautiful violin swim through his ears. The musical sound was coming from the practice room next to the room he lied in. At first he played no mind to it due to the fact it was so soft and soothing. Each note relaxed Yoongi's body further into a deep sleep. Yoongi was about to pass out into a deep sleep, until an unusual pace in the musical instrument picked up, causing his eyebrow to rise in confusion. Music was second hand nature to Yoongi and what was coming from that violin was something he has never heard before. No, it wasn't bad. In fact it was extraordinary. It was so unusual that only the best of the best professional violinist's could play the way this violinist was playing. But, how could a high school student play this way? There was no way someone their age could play like that, not even with years of practice. Unless, this student played everyday, hours on end, from the moment they could even pick up the instrument and read notes. Was this violinist even a student!?
Despite the comfortable position and the peaceful feeling Yoongi gathered, he decided to slump off the couch and make his way towards the door that lead to the practice room. He slowly cracked the door open enough to peek through it. There, standing before him, was the violinist. He couldn't make her face out well, but he did see her breast length, wavy light brown hair covering her pink violin. She seemed so into her music with her eyes shut and her body swaying to the rhythm. Yoongi was staring at the girl in amusement. She almost seemed familiar, but Yoongi wasn't focused on figuring out who the girl was, he was more interested in the way she played and the was she swayed to her music. It was almost adorable..the way she swayed to the notes that is. There was no music sheet in front of her, she was playing from heart.
Is that Beethoven? Yoongi thought. But there's no way..It sounds so different..but the same..Which was true. The notes she was playing sounded like her own, but at the same time she kept the song the same. There was times were she played so fast and so up-beat Yoongi thought the strings on the instrument would pop, and there was times she played so slow and so soothingly that it almost caused Yoongi to fall asleep right where he stood. Yoongi was amazed, but as the song slowly came to an end Yoongi's body begged for more.
The song finally came to and end and Yoongi had immediately snapped out of the trance he was once in while she played. Yoongi caught himself starring at the girl beyond him. What am I doing!? Yoongi shook his head side to side, trying to get his mind back on track. The shaking of his head caused his head to bang against the door and the door frame. That would sure get the job done.
"Owe, shit!" Yoongi hissed out quietly, but not quiet enough because it attracted the girls attention. Yoongi's eyes widen as he saw the girl looking his way. "Shit.." He whispered just quiet enough and quickly dashed away from the door. As the bell rang for the next class period, Yoongi sprinted out of the band lounge. Shit! Did she see me!? God damn it Yoongi! It's not cool to stalk strangers! Especially a girl! Even though Yoongi wasn't stalking the girl, it would still be unusual to find some random boy starring at you while you were working alone.
The girl stood in the practice room with a puzzled look across her face. What was that? She thought as she gently placed her violin and the bow in it's case. She shrugged the puzzling thought off her shoulders as she did not want to bother with the sudden noise. She slung the case over her shoulder with it's strap as she headed out of the practice room and strolled to her next class for the day.
