The girl huffed as she snatched the red heart shaped pillow into her arms, dragging it to her head as her small head sunk into the pillow. She huffed once more as her faced buried into the pillow she had tightly wrapped in her arms. Yoongi looked at her with an awkward feeling rushing through his body. Yoongi wasn't much of a people-person. Actually, he wasn't a people-person at all. He preferred to stay in his own lane and mind his business, not talking to anyone around him besides his band group. But for some bazaar reason, Yoongi wanted to make an attempt with Miin.
Yoongi knew he had other classes with Miin, but he never payed attention to the class environment around him. Some classes she stood out like a sore thumb. Those classes mainly had her best friend in them. Other classes she would only talk to a few people around her that she felt comfortable with. And in the rest of the classes she would completely be muted and Yoongi wouldn't even notice the girl was in his class. Some hours of the day she would be bubbly and friendly. She would be such a ball of energy, but those hours were mainly when she had her best friend by her side. Which Yoongi didn't wonder why that was. Some people were just more comfortable in their own skin when they have that support system beside them. Other hours of the day Miin would seem upset, irritated, annoyed, angered, tired, lonely, and the list goes on. Every hour was different and sometimes her moods could change in a split second, now Yoongi did wonder why that was, and no one ever knew what mood they would receive from Miin. To Yoongi, it seemed like Miin was irritated and tired all at once. Yoongi didn't know if he should bother her or not, but he was willingly to take a risk.
"Hey, I'm Min Yoongi.." Yoongi approached his words with a gentle touch.
Miin had rolled her head over to face Yoongi, as her head still rested in the pillow. "Miin Mi-Chan." She had replied with a soft but tiring smile. Her cheeks seemed to be painted with a light pink of natural blushing. Her eyes were darted down at the marble table. She seemed to be avoiding eye contact.
"Nice to meet you." Yoongi returned a warm smile.
"You too." She nodded slightly.
"So, um, do you know what this project is about?" Yoongi sounded clueless.
"Science fair." She replied
Hm, she doesn't seem much of a talker today. Yoongi pondered in his head. Yoongi had nodded to her reply as she pondered about science fair ideas. They couldn't create a project that was common, they had to creative about this. But Yoongi wasn't creative, or at least he didn't think so. He only believe that when it came to music, his ideas burst out of control and that's when he was creative the most, but this is science, not music. Yoongi had pulled out his phone from his pocket to check what time it was. It was almost time to head to their last class of the day. Yoongi pushed his phone back into his pocket as his eyes drifted to the violin case on the back of Miin's chair. He opened his mouth up to speak about how he heard her playing earlier and that he thought it was extraordinary, but he suddenly stopped himself. He shook his head as he slapped his palm onto his forehead. That's just creepy. He thought. Miin was glancing up at Yoongi with her one eyebrow raised as a puzzled looked crossed her face. Yoongi noticed Miin staring at his idiotic movements. He smiled awkwardly following along with an awkward chuckle.
"So," Yoongi began, "do you want to meet up after school to work on the project?"
Another tint of light pink crossed Miin's face once again as Yoongi spoke to her. She nodded her head as she handed him her phone. He figured she'd want him to put his number into her phone, so he did so. As Yoongi was handing Miin her phone back the bell hand rung. Miin quickly jumped out of her seat after grabbing her phone and gathered her materials together. Before Yoongi could say goodbye, Miin was already waving bye to him as she fast-walked out of the class room. Yoongi had a puzzled look across his face, but that puzzled looked turned into a small smile as he shook his head. "One unusual girl."
