WHY DID I DO THAT? I just made things so much more awkward... But he looked so cold, and I just felt like that was the right thing to do... I put away the alcohol in the inside pocket of my coat, and try to cover my neck with my hands... Man, this is pretty uncomfortable.

The snow starts falling harder, lightly dusting our hair with snowflakes. I see Alfred giggle a little and try to catch some snowflakes on his tongue.

He's such a child...

But he's an adorable child.

I look at the time, and it has already been an hour.

"Hey, Alfred, we should get going so we makes it dere on time." I inform him.

"Ok!" He gets up, and I follow.

Instead of talking about the ships, and "OTPS" we just walk in silence, not that I don't mind or anything... It's just, not like America to be quiet. I wonder what he is thinking about? Probably hamburgers and superhero's knowing him...

"Hey, Ivan?" Alfred says.

"Da?"

"Are you ok? You seem to be upset or something." He asks me.

"Oh, um... everything is fine. Don'ts worry." I say.

"Bull shit! Tell me what is wrong!" He pouts.

"Fine... it's just been a while since I hanged outs with someone... I kinda remember how lonely I am..." I admit.

"Dude, someone like you HAS to at least have friends!"

"Well... I don't have any friend. I usually all alone, and cold, and sometimes even scared... Heh, I rambling, aren't I?" I admit, trying not to let the fear of loneliness sink in.

"I'll be your friend, Ivan! We can put our little rivalry behind us like nothing ever happened!" He cheers.

"You promise not to leave, like everyone else did...?" I say, weakly, trying not to cry.

"I promise!"

He hugs me... for once, I feel warm...
