Zane POV

  "Yes, that's okay, I'm guessing you already know my address since your stalking skills are amazing" her words hit me because it's true that I know where she lives, GOD! I looked like a bloody stalker "see you soon Romanos" she smiled and waved, God! she can be so dangerous at a time. 

I decided to hit the road to go back home, I was listening to slow music but my mind is occupied with different things.  "Since I asked her out for dinner should I take her to some fancy dinner or just at home? No, I think she is very classy she won't like home or any simple place, yea?" God! why am I talking to myself.. argh. WHATEVER! I'm going to have at home, it's not a date or something.. all I want is to apologize that's all. Right!

I reached home, decided to shower but then I got a message from Eddy saying "Mr.Robert wants to meet me" why can't I have a free Sunday but then I remember I handle 2 businesses alone so I have to be committed, I replied "Okay, meet me in an hour at my home" I sent and walked towards shower. As I was done with the shower I walked towards my closet and changed into tracks and a T-shirt. Reaching my home office, I saw both Edd and Robert, we shook hands and sat down. 

"I'm excited for this merger, Mr. Romanos. My company and I will do our best to not disappoint you, sir" Mr. Robert said, he gave me smile when I stood up, signaling him to end the meeting. "Thank you, Mr. Romanos, I will take my leave" he shot out his hand, I took it and shook it briefly " I will wait for the positive result Mr. Robert" I replied in a neutral tone, before dropping his hand. 

I wanted to finish the meeting less than an hour but Mr. Robert asking for more 7 percent control of the shipping trade, But I told him I can only afford 4 percent. For almost 50 minutes talking and explaining sense to him, he agreed. 

Robert's company, Arrc line ltd is one of growing shipping line in Russia and since they wanted to be our partners from last 3 years and they finally became our 4 % partners. This merger will be very profitable for both companies in the shipping industry.

As soon as Mr. Robert left the office, Eddy collected the papers scattered on the study table with untouched snacks. He placed the papers in the folder. He was about to turn around "Eddy, uhm is it good option to have dinner at home" I asked while massaging my temple"I beg your pardon" he said in really confusing tone, gosh he can be dumb sometimes "Resturant or home" I asked "Home sir, it's more comfortable and quite" he answered while smiling, "If may I ask who...." I cut him off, saying "decorate the yard, not make it so cheesy.... and movie set up too" he nodded and smiled wickedly, I wanted to wash that smirk on his face.

He disappeared as soon as he knew I don't need his presence. I pulled out my phone and check the time, still 2 more hours to go... Argh! How many more!  I decided to call Corey because I saw his email. I dialed his number after 2 rings he picked his phone, "Hello," I said as I sat back on the chair, the grabbed my coffee "Hello, Zane" he sounds so tired "I saw your e-mail, now what does that old man wants?" I groaned in frustration "You know him, he wants 50 percent partnership. I told him that is not going to happen, he starts giving me threats, I will kill you both and all, the typical him. Don't worry everything is under control, our team is keeping eye on him 24/7, just be careful." he shrieked, losing all sweetness tone. "Okay, mom I will be careful" I laughed, he can be such a mom sometimes "why do you sound so happy?" he asked "Why can't I be happy? " I asked "Of course you can be happy, it's not typical you Zane where you laugh at the serious matter, she must be very special to you," he said in a sarcastic tone "She? there isn't such thing like that. Not everyone is lucky like you" hahaha "I know you more than you know yourself, anyways I will know it soon, what's the trouble" God! him and his taunts "whatever you say and think dude, by the way how far with your Juliet, hahaha" I know I pulled the trigger " I fucked up, as usual, I will explain to you once I'm back to New York" in sad tone, I didn't want to push his buttons, his love life is like Romeo "Sure! I will wait. Don't worry everything will be good, take care" "Yeah, yeah I wish" he mumbled and hang up.
