Zane POV

When Eddy called me about the urgent meeting regarding the shipping deal, which I suppose to take over. I walked out of my cabin, towards my conference room, as I enter I saw my clients with whom I suppose to sign the deal, "pleasure to meet you Morris" "Oh pleasure is all mine Zane, we are waiting for one more person" "Who?" "Just wait for few minutes she will be here anytime soon" so she is a girl. Maybe she is Morris's (client) daughter or.....

Morris: Zane as you know we were supposed to give you the deal ... but we changed our mind about the deal.

Zane: is he kidding me, he said this deal is mine, how come he changed his decision in a night. So who is getting the deal? I asked with pissed tone. While standing up from my seat.

Morris: that would Miss Cyrena Demetrious.

Zane: WHO? I turned to the girl next to me, "Cyrena" I said

Cyrena: yes that's me, giving me a smirk, wait did she just ignored my presence in my own office, excuse me who does she think of herself.

Morris: I'm sorry that we couldn't...

Zane: why? I asked direct

Morris: it's because your proposal will take almost 2 months and Europe isn't under your control and I can't wait for that long.

Zane: and how long will she take to deliver? I asked him while looking at her

Morris: A month and Europe is under her control.

I just left the room.... how the hell did she just got the deal, it suppose to me.... FUCK all this

"Jackeline, cancel all my meetings for today... "But..." I croaked my eyebrows

"Right sir".........

Cyrena POV

I left the place with my car and got home, as soon as I reached home I called Ciara to come to the basement, she came wearing pajamas and slippers, "what happen.. what happen??" she panicked "Belle, do you see my beast" "Ray are you kidding me... I panicked I thought something has happened to you, can't you see how am dressed "she is pissed now, hahah she is kidding me "Bella, just get in the car we are going for a ride baby girl" we sat in car and I accelerate "Ray can you slow down I'm freaking out, it's reaching 200" she is shouting now "Calm down we are not going to die" "it's not about dying, you are not on the race track, so slow down, or else I'm going to tell Kal your dirty secret" I hit the brakes "FUCK YOU CYRENA" she hit herself on the dashboard "safety is important babe" I start laughing "Argh, I'm getting out of here" she got out, as I was about to stop her, I got a call from Morris.

Having picked my phone, he told me to reach at Romanos's office, to the conference room on 60th floor. Why the fuck is he calling me to my rival's building!! For all this time, it's always being a secret who the owner is or it's just fantastic me that I never bother to!!!

I reached the Romanos's office, as soon as I enter "HMMM, this place screams luxury, for someone who owns the shipping Co this is quite a remarkable Décor! I enter the lift and pressed 60, after a min, I reach the floor and enter the conference room where Morris and A guy was seated while talking. "Hello, how are you? I realize who's worth your time!" Morris got up from his chair, shook my hand "pleasure, have a seat lady"

Zane: you never fail to make an entry do you? while giving me knowing smirk

Cyrena: What can I say, that's me... we shook hands, (did I just felt something)... We sat.

Morris: "Zane as you know we were supposed to give you the deal ... but we changed our mind about the deal" oh God now who's the 3rd person in the business.

Zane: "So who is getting the deal?" he got up from his seat

Morris: that would Miss Cyrena Demetrious. Bang I got the deal.

Zane: WHO, "Cyrena"

Cyrena: "yes that's me, giving him a smirk". I was trying to play cool by giving him a friendly gesture, but damn those blue eyes full of anger can melt anything into liquid, he was roaming around the room, his selves were folded putting his worked out muscles. I could never think any guy would get me fascinated towards them in a matter of few minutes, the way his fingers ran his messy hair showed how frustrated he was.

Morris: I'm sorry that we couldn't...

Zane: why? He asked directly

Morris: it's because your proposal will take almost 2 months and Europe isn't under your control and I can't wait for that long.

Zane: and how long will she take to deliver? While looking at me

Morris: A month and Europe is under her control.

He just left the room without him finishing his sentence.

Morris congratulates me and we signed the papers in his room and left.

Zane POV

I entered my office, I ignored the fact that she got the car before me but now got the contract that I suppose to get also. I was really surprised to see her at my office, I didn't expect her to be the Demetrious, because I do know they have same shipping business like I do and we have always been competitors in the business, I had an idea that Demetrious company is run by his daughter but I didn't know she can be this smart and sharp in the business. when I first saw at the dork yard I thought she is one of those spoilt brats who just like to show off their parent's money but No she completely changed the image I created in my mind.

Morris and I were in my conference room waiting for her, she entered with her flawless smile and she completely blow me off " you never fail to make an entry do you?" it just came out of my mouth, for moment I thought she is going to act mean towards me but she just smiled and sat next to me.

I got angry when Morris said she is the one who is getting the deal. How can I lose this contract yet again to her, it was so important, what did she do that she got the contract, as far as I remember Morris never take new people in the business. I picked my phone "Eddy get me all the information on Cyrena Demetrious now" I braked, I don't care I'm burning with anger for shouting and all but, in reality, I could really feel myself burning.

I got the file regarding Cyrena, which shows her name, her parent's details, qualifications and the important part: She has been running Demetrious's shipping company for almost 4 years, apparently, her profile in business shows she has been outstanding and she has never lost a deal. "Are you kidding me!!" "Are you saying, that she is perfect with what she is doing" No I threw the file.

"Meet me in my office in 10"
