Part 17 trust but still broken

[Cheryl's POV]
I push Veronica away. "WHAT THE HELL!" I scream while standing up. Veronica laughs "I didn't know you two were so close?". I feel my face getting red. "Veronica WHY THE HELL DID YOU KISS ME?" I scream again. "Beqause I wanted to See Toni her reaction. I am in love with her Cheryl" Veronica says while looking down. "Don't you dare to say you live her Beqause if you did, you wouldn't have kissed me and hurt her!" I say while walking away. "Cheryl, you know She might forgive you and She might trust you again, but She Will still be broken" Veronica says with a smile on her face. I walk outside towards Toni's house. Why did She Kiss me? Did She know about toni and me? Did She wanted to make toni jealous. When I arive I See the door open. I walk inside and close the door behind me. I guess Toni went one straight line towards her room. So I went upstairs. I find her. Sleeping on her bed. Face wet of tears. Also the bed is wet. I lift her up and walk over towards Jughead's old room. I put her down in his bed. I feel tears comming up. "I am so sorry Toni... I don't know How to make it up to you" I whisper while closing the door of the room. I grab the wet blanket and hang it over the closet to dry. I grab a thin blanket and walk downstairs. I take one last look in jughead's room. Toni is still asleep. She is so beautifull. I walk towards the couch and lay down still thinking of What happened today i manage to fall asleep. When i wake up i hear footsteps next to me. When i open my eyes i See Toni standing next to me. I get up and sit down. I look down at my hands. Toni sits next to me. "Toni... I-I-I..." I stumble. "How could you Cheryl? I thought... I thought you meant What you said... I thought that What we had was real" Toni says crying. This time She looks at me. Not scared to show How She really feels. I start to cry too. "Cheryl can you please explain What happened?" Toni says while looking at her hands. I tell her the whole story, How I arrived and didn't saw her and when I sat down Veronica just grabbed me and kissed me. I also tell her What I did after Veronica kissed me. "I am sorry Cheryl... I believe you, I trust you but is still feel broken" Toni says while standing up. I don't hesitate and grab her hand. I pull her down and grab her face with my other hand. "Toni I am sorry, I know you probably don't believe me but I still love you... I love you Toni I love you so, so much" I say while tears are rolling down my face.
