Jinxed [Naruto OC Story] (hiatus)

chapter one and a half, her journey. (very short filler)

Lmao, wattpad deleted the chapter two so just giving  this out because I procrastinated for so long after it was deleted that I forgot what i was going to write. Next one will be legit, i'll add more to this particulary chapter later maybe.

Riyeko began to travel somewhat east until stumbling upon a village. It was a relatively little village, asides from the sounds of the nearby drunken men, it was quiet. The houses were nice, too. It looked like a relatively wealthy village, or at least a maintained one.

'The times haven't changed much since I've been gone.' Riyeko thinks to herself as she continues down the path of the village. In front of her, two men exit from the bar with their arms slung over each other's shoulders--hardly even being able to stand because of how intoxicated they were. She noticed one of them with their wallets sticking out of their back pocket before they turned into her direction and made their way down the path laughing and joking around as they tried to keep themselves conscious.

Riyeko merely stuck her foot out as they crossed paths, and as they were falling, she swiftly snatched the wallet from the man's back pocket and continued on as if nothing had happened. Before they would confront her, she disappeared with a puff of smoke using the body flicker technique and going into a nearby alley. 

'Hm. He's got quite a bit of money on him." Riyeko said as she opened the wallet and pulled out a wad of cash. "Silly man, you shouldn't carry so much money on you at a time; you could get robbed." Her lips curl into a smile as she quietly chuckled to herself. "Such a shame. I guess I have to teach you a lesson." 

With the money now in hand, she dropped the wallet; completely uninterested in the identity of the man she just stole from. Instead, she was concerned with returning to her home. She decided to continue on before sunrise so she'd have the time to change her appearance. "What a burden," She sighed, now exiting the alley and then the village.

The rest of her journey was traveled by tree jumping. Despite gradually growing tired as time passed, Riyeko was determined to return at the designated time. 

Around two hours had passed and she finally arrived at her home village. 

Kumogakure; Village Hidden by Clouds.

"Oh, even this place has hardly changed since my abscence." Riyeko chuckled, currently standing in a tree that was fair distance from the gates. "Surely mother still lives in our old house. Perhaps I shall pay her a visit?" She giggled, once again using the body flicker technique and disappearing with a puff of smoke.
