Truth

"We're Werewolfs." I said nothing at first and than I got very sad and angry. "You having fun, making fun of me? Were did you put the cameras?"They immediately looked worried and tried to save there joke. "Nitorian it's not-" I jumped to my feet.

"IT'S NOT WHAT? A joke? You just orchestrate this entire thing to make me trust you so that you take me out here and scare me. Make me just stop trusting EVERYTHING? YOU KNOW THE SHIT YOU DO MATTERS!! HOW YOU GONNA FEEL WHEN MY MOM ONE DAY WALKS UP TO YOU AND HAS TO SAY TO YOU THAT I'M DEAD CAUSE I WAS DONE WITH ALL THIS FUCKING SHIT I PUT UP WITH EVERY SINGLE FUCKING DAY!!? WHAT YOU GONNA DO!!? Maybe you'll feel bad but you'll move on. You wont really care because you got your laugh. But hey at least I died by my own hand and not by some lowlife who's joke just went to far." I could barley see as I ran out the door.

"Nitorian wait. We can prove it!" I grabbed my coat and tried slamming the door on them not caring what they did any more. "Let me guess you want me to go to a certain room and close my eyes and than open them after 30 seconds and wolf will be there!? I'm not an idiot." I started thinking about grabbing a rock and than just throwing it at there car. It seemed like the most expensive thing and it would take there trip home very uncomfortable. "No just stop. Wait!" Leo grabbed my arm and turned me around and I did the one thing I least expected myself to do. I slapped him. "I trusted you. Don't I mean anything anymore." Despite me slapping him Leo pulled me into a hug.I nearly gave in but I pushed away. And he let me. "Just stop please." Frank basically begged. I sighed and walked over to a tree leaning against it. "Five...Four...Three...T..." They all looked panicked and started changing there clothes disappearing as they turned into...well... "Holy shit..." Three giant wolves stood in front of me.

"Shit I mean what um, what do I mean, you just, but you. You couldn't just, but you did just. You actually... wow. Uh... wow." They all started to slowly easy forward. "So you're all, still, you, right?" Leo wolf reached me nuzzling his head into my chest. I chuckled and slowly reached to pet his ears. His chest rumbled in what I guessed was approval. I smiled. I pulled him into a hug and started crying. "Shit I'm sorry. I really thought this was a joke. I'm sorry." I felt another wolf nudge my back. It was Jack wolf. They all had the same eyes. He licked my face and I pulled away laughing. "Gross! Jack!" He kept licking me until he was on top of me. I couldn't stop laughing. He finally stopped but basically sat on top of me just starting into my eyes. He wanted me to understand that they weren't mad at me. I hugged him. He got off and Frank who turned back into human form pulled me up. I just hugged him. "Hey you know I can't be mad at you." I rolled my eyes.

"As wonderful as this is we aren't done explaining. This one we can't really prove on the spot, but we need to before we go any farther." I took a deep breath. They're going to explain the attack. "I think we should go inside first." Jack said putting his arm around me and guiding me inside.

By the time we got back inside the marshmallows seemed like a wasted effort. So Frank made some hot chocolate and we all cuddled up to the fire. "Okay so where do we even start?" Jack said. We were sitting in a squished square shape with me between Leo and Frank. "Triplets." Leo said. I tilted my heads confused. "What does that have to do with anything?" I was genuinely confused. "Well it was never likely that any of us would make it. You see when triplet are made they become one soul in three parts. It makes them constantly stand on very thin ice. If one of us dies it is possible to kill another of us if not both. Cause even after birth the soul has to stay connected. If we spend to much time away from each other we get very weak. Even after just one night. It's actually a very similar process for humans but usually not so deadly. More just painful." I leaned onto Leo listening to Jack explain.  "But we make it work. Kind of have to." Leo said wrapping an arm around me. I kind of love it how they just let me cuddle up to them and stuff. I so happy they trust me with all this. 

"We can explain all that latter. But what you do need to know is... we are very... powerful, I guess is the right word. We are the future heirs to the family business. Basically our family runs a pack. It's like a wolf pack but more. Not a cult or like a club but like a family. We offer protection, food, shelter, jobs in exchange for them to follow some rules. It's like a...  governed group of supernaturals. There are different groups and packs around the world that have different territories set up. It's a long explanation but what you need to know is that though out pack is well liked, we don't have many enemies, we are still very powerful and people like to challenge power. People know that we are going to take our father's place. People know that the three of us will be very good at the job. So they want to take us down. They tried to do that threw you."

Jack paused. "Why me? You barley know me. Yeah I'm an easy target but how would that make you give up your spot as like leaders and shit?" They all seemed to hold back on what they wanted to say. What made me so important all of a sudden? "It would probably kill us. If not drive us insane  to the point were we kill ourselves." Frank said. He wasn't looking at me. Leo shot a glare at Frank. Frank shrugged. Leo shook his head and sighed. "Since they wont say it I guess I have to. You don't have a full soul, you have half a soul. Before you are born a soul is split in half and one goes to one person and the other goes to another. They become like two sides of a magnet. Inevitably drawn to each other threw out life. Unless in the unfortunate chance of death. In our case half of a soul was chopped up into three and placed into our mother... The other half of our soul was placed into your mother. We are what is called soul mates Nitorian. You are literally our other half."
