The forest was dark and foreboding, but there was peace in its sullen ambiance. (Y/N)'s eyes flickered over the thick, dark trunks of the trees that rose steadily into the sky, it's branches interlocking with its neighbors like giant’s arms linked together protecting their home.
The trees were densely packed together, leaving just enough space to allow someone to maneuver through. The red hooded girl pressed her palm against its rough bark, and breathed in the scent of the forest. The musty scent of leaves after rainfall, the warm soil packed against the earth by scurrying animals, the scent of things in different stages of blooming and growth. The smell of life. The forest was teeming with it.
As the girl wandered the forest, a loud growl rumbled through the forest.
"Why are you in these woods, little red?"
(Y/N) turned around to see a clown. The clown stared down at her, drool falling on her cheek.
"Excuse me, can you tell me where my grandma's house is? It's a small brick house."
"I know where your grandma is," The clown pointed to the right of her. "Keep going that way and you'll find her."
"Thank you! Wait..what's your name?"
"I'm Pennywise the dancing clown!" The clown bowed, it's bells jingled. "I must warn you though, there are wolves in these woods."
"Don't worry! I'll be fine."
"You will be soon," IT mumbled.

(Y/N) walked in her grandma's house and set her basket on the counter.
"Grandma! I'm here!"
The girl entered and was shocked to find her grandma dead in bed.
Blood soaked the mattress and the floors.
"I wasn't expecting you to come so early," A voice popped in.
The girl stumbled back as she saw the bloody clown. All she could see was blood covered all over his mouth.
"And too bad I couldn't save you for later."
All of the sudden (Y/N) felt a sharp pain on her thigh. She watched in horror as the beast mauled her thigh. There was nothing she could do now. All she could do now was bleed...
