The wood-fire, blazing cheerily in the ample fireplace, sent its warmth and light far out into the room.
In the darkness, their cuddles felt like a little touch of heaven, warm, and cozy. (Y/N) wished she could extend the night just so she could stay close to Jack for longer, safe in his embrace.
His arms wrapped right around her, bringing a peace she had never known before, a calming of the storms in her heart. (Y/N) think it's Jack that gives her hope for the future.
In his embrace,(Y/N) starts to believe that there is nothing out there to fear, that all there is sunshine, beauty, and kind people, friends to be.

(Y/N)'s dream ended abruptly, as she was shaken back into reality. Her eyes opened, her eyelashes faintly batting against her lids when she blinked.
(Y/N) laid on her couch, debating whether or not she should get up. Her muscles felt weak, just like her energy. (Y/N) let out an exasperated sigh, groaning as she rolled off of the couch.
(Y/N) went to the kitchen to see Jack cooking her hashbrown and sausage.
"Just in time. Take a seat."
(Y/N) took a seat at the table, feeling right at home. She looked out the window to see it was raining out.
(Y/N) loved rain. Everything about rain. The whispering hum as sheets of precipitation plummeted to the water-forsaken ground, the often unanticipated flashes of lightning or the rolls of ominous thunder. She loved it all. Those facts were what truly created, in her opinion, a perfect rainy atmosphere.
