Chapter Five: Ganondorf's POV

When I open my eyes, I can see the land of Hyrule above me. They are all happy. They are celebrating my defeat.

That is why I do not open my eyes very often.

Every second is torture. The darkness scorches my skin. A thousand knives cut me to the bone. It's a never-ending loop of pain and suffering.

I still remember the day when I fought the Hero. I was confident that I would win. He was just a little boy. I was a huge beast, with the power of the Triforce in my hand. But he was smarter than I, more courageous than I. He succeeded, and the Seven Sages banished me here.

Why didn't the Hero just kill me?

Why did it have to be me? I'm not even capable of killing a scrawny little kid. Why not someone else?
