Once the truth's out, things would never be the same. Whether it's bring closer or not. Or worse. If that someone stays with you, you're lucky. You've found a real friend. If not, both of you gonna have to bring down each other.
And that is just how things would work, right?

Ashley looked at me. But she didn't said a word. Probably she doesn't want to, or I'm just trying to avoid it.
We were both sitting on the couch, watching TV with silence right after dinner. We were clearly looks like we were just crying.
I'm don't know what's going to happen. Is Ashley gonna hate me for keeping it a secret? If she did, I don't blame her. I deserved it after all.
After these silence treatment, she sigh, couple times. So deep that I could even feel her disappointment.
"I get it." She finally speak. "You were an asshole." I nodded. "And you were a jerk that put a lies on my childhood." I nodded again, not knowing what to say.
"Ash-"
"BUT YOU ARE MY BROTHER!" I can hear a deep tone that she put on her words. "You could've just said that to me. I love you, we were family!"I move closer to her and hug her. "I'm sorry. I'm the one to blame, I'm sorry. I'm so sorry." She cried again on my shoulder.
After awhile she stopped. She just kept quiet for a few seconds. And I let no conversation. Just to keep her calm. "Will, and why are you distant yourself? And act like a goddamn adult?"
I grinning, "I'm 16. I just can't keep relaying on you. For a couple years for now, I'm gonna have a brother-in-law and goddamn nephew. After that, that time was my turn."
Ashley's laughing. She pulled a pillow and punch me with it. "How are you gonna get married when you look like a middle schooler? Hahaha..."
I grabbed the pillow from her hands and sarcastically said, "It's called puberty, and I'm going to get taller and more good looking than you."
We both laugh. Loud. There's a happiness written on our faces. It's been a long time since we were hanging out like. It's making me realize how distant we have been.
But, even after a little apologize, we both know that things won't go like the way it was before. Well, the big title is that we forgive each other. Because we were family.

Tuesday, September 22nd.
At School.
I walked on the hallway with Andrew. He's telling me a story about a bad luck he had last night while playing a video game. I just listening, like how I always been.
"...and at the end I used a cheat. That was one hell of a game. But dude, it was awesome."
I just nodded. Part of me hoping it wasn't on a multiplayer game, because I feel bad for the other players. And seems like Andrew noticing my thoughts, he laughed. "Dude, of course not that game! You know what I always play, and what I always addicted to."
I take a guess, a random guess. "The Sims 4?"
We both laughing, but Andrew's laugh was a little sarcastic. "Nice one, dude." I knew all along that Andrew really hate The Sims games. He thinks they are stupid. But honestly, I kinda like that games.
We both continue talking. While making our way to our lockers that are next to each other.
"Anyway," I look at Andrew as I opened my locker, "Have you visited Peter yet?" Andrew froze for a second before answering no. "Have you though?" I give the same answer.
