We all decided to go to the club tonight we already know demi is there with the girls of fifth harmony me, Maddie and Chloe were taking our bikes Emma and the rest were taking their cars we arrived in front and fixed our hair we all walked in I saw demi and them at the bar we went there I said "jack!" He saw us and smiled we gave him our helmets and car keys Chloe and them went to our usual table jack said "Kaitlyn here!" He had our drinks i smiled at him I let Chloe take them the other co Owner of the club he said "how's my favorite DJ?" I chuckled I put out of my hand he said "yeah yeah I know here's 30,000 for the gig" I patted his cheek he walked away I counted out 5,000$ it's what I pay jack every week for his daughters treatment she has cancer demi and them were standing right in front of him I went to him I opened his hand and put the money in his hand I said "it's more then last weeks but you both need it it'll be the same price next week" he said "how much?" I said "5,000$ every week take care of your daughter jack you're all she has" he nodded I heard Lauren say "Kaitlyn ? Why you here you're not 21?" I looked at them Chloe came up behind me and kissed my cheek I felt my heart melt just a little I said "I co own the place the starting age is 14 but we don't serve alcohol to minors unless the bartenders are given permission I made it like this because I know how it feels wanting to escape from everything including your home and not having anywhere to go" I shrugged the DJ said "MY FAVORITE GIRL IS IN THE HOUSE WE ALL LOVE KAITLYN SO HOW ABOUT SHE SINGS FOR US?!?!" They cheered I muttered "how about I bury you alive?" My friends covered their mouths to stop laughing jack threw me my guitar I got on top of the bar I immediately went at it with my guitar they all knew the song and sung with me

I immediately grabbed Chloe by her face and kissed her I ran my thumb over her cheek she kissed back I pulled back and leaned my forehead on hers she said "what was that for?" I said "for making me fall in love with you 8 years ago when I first saw you" I just held her we left that night to go and sleep we were exhausted I fell asleep holding Chloe
I woke up the next morning to Maddie yelling "KAITLYN!!!" I groaned I moved out of Chloe's arms put my hair in a bun and walked out of my room down the stairs and walked into the kitchen I got coffee I said "yes Maddie? What do I owe you for waking me up?" She said "the fifth harmony girls are here" I looked up I said "morning!" then I realized something I held up a finger I yelled "JASON IF YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT PRANKING CHLOE IN HER SLEEP I WILL CASTRATE YOUR ASS AND MAKE SURE LUCIFER KILLS YOU AGAIN!" I looked at the top of the stairs he was paled and he gulped I said "go!" He ran back to her room Maddie chuckled he said "you scared him after you made good on your promise last time" ally said "what'd you promise?" I said "if he pranked me or Chloe I'd ship him to another country he pulled a prank the next week so that night while he was sleeping I shipped him to Cuba imagine his surprise waking up in another country" I heard Chloe yelled "BABY!" I walked back into the living room she was walking down the stairs she saw me and smiled she hugged me she said "you left me" I said "blame Maddie" then I heard "BRAD IM GONNA KILL YOU" Chloe said "not again" brad and Jason cane running down the stairs Jason was behind brad right as they passed us I grabbed Jason by his shirt and also brad by his I carried them both to the living I put them each in a corner I said "until you 5 years learn to play nice you're staying in that corner unless you perfer a hospital bed" they mumbled"yes Kaitlyn" then my phone rang I answered it without looked I said

-well you told me to tell you if you're family was ever in the hospital your sister Demi is

I said "Maddie Demi's in the hospital if you would like to go see her" Maddie said "what's wrong with her?" I said "I don't know I didn't ask" Camila said "why don't you guys seem worried?" I said "that family is not my family I don't care for my last name the only good thing that came out of being a lovato was Maddie our parents never wanted me 18 years they ignored me never talked to me never cared they weren't there through anything I went through my family is these guys or the football and my team at school the coaches were like parents I had always been on my own until I met these guys I went through depression alone, I went through self harm alone, I went through rape alone anything that's happened I went through alone until I met them to you guys demi is a mentor and a friend but to me she's just a person I share a last name with it's why everyone was school calls me Kaitlyn usually when you're on a team they call you by your last name but they learned I don't want it so they just call me Kaitlyn"
Demi's POV
I was in the hospital right now my parents Dallas and Marissa are here that's all I need I needed surgery on my stomach I can't remember what they called it but it caused me pain the doctor came in he said "okay miss lovato you are good to leave just rest for a few days" Dallas said "wait how much do we owe?" The doctor chuckled a few times he said "you don't know do you?" My mom said "no one?" He said "for the last 3 years anytime you've came to the hospital everything is already paid for you haven't paid a hospital bill in 3 years doesn't matter who comes in like marissa you're not a lovato but if you came into the hospital you're included on the list that's paid for already and it's the same person whose paid the last 3 years" my dad said "who?" He said "Kaitlyn you're 4th daughter she came in 3 years ago and she gave us instructions If anyone was to come in with the last name lovato or your friend marissa here just to charge her and we do she's paid every bill every visit she's pays for it all don't worry about hospital bills because Kaitlyn is officially paying for those until she's dead" marissa said "why would she? And why include me I'm not a lovato?" He said "she knows that Marissa but she also knows demi is your best friend and you're like family she put all your names on a list she just came here one day and gave it to us we didn't argue because everyone knows Kaitlyn we know what she's capable of and we aren't dumb enough to go against her" I said "what do you mean 'capable of?'" He said "Kaitlyn she's amazing person she always wants to do what she can to ease anyone's pain because she's had her fair share I've known Kaitlyn since she was9 I went through everything with her I watched her grow up I watched her become successful she went from being closed off and emotionless to the number one DJ/Producer in California she became the number one street fighter in the country, she made history with the basketball team and because of and become a decision she made she owns half of California she has more money then she knows what to do with but she's never been selfish with it she comes here once a month and pays at 10 peoples bills and their high amounts Kaitlyn you know when she's angry because her eyes will change I couldn't explain why but when she's angry her eyes turn red the angrier she gets the red they get Kaitlyn can knock someone out with one punch and can break someone's arm without flinching she has skill, strength, speed, confidence and the support from her girlfriend and her family at school illegally Kaitlyn will always be the worst person to fuck with she could have you buried 6 ft under before you could comprehend what happened and legal well still the worst person to challenge she's got the best lawyers I've ever seen and she knows how to argue she knows how to make sure everything is fair she'll run circles around you before you can even try everyone in California knows who she is but it isn't because she's a lovato it's because she's Kaitlyn she's what some would call a legend especially with the history she just made in basketball" Marissa said "wait? History in basketball what do you mean ? She's never played" he said "she's the best of the best you think the NBA players are amazing you should see her she's creative with all her shots basketball is what brought her to life and Marissa she plays real well 4 years she was varsity captain, 4 years her team was the championship in a row and in those 4 years she's been captain? She's never lost a game she made history being the first ever female basketball captain to never lose a game and win back to back 4 times she's a straight A student she has the love she needs she lives with 7 people that's her main circle" I said "who?" He said "Chloe,Maddie,Tyler, brad, Jason, mark and Emma then 8 including her she had a house built for I'll never understand why you never cared about her or were there for her but I can tell it truly doesn't effect her and it won't anymore she's so much more then what most people think and honestly one day you'll regret not being there" my mom said "why would we wanna be there for her? We never wanted her" he said "oh I know everyone that knows her knows that you guys never wanted her but honestly she never wanted to be apart of your family maybe when she was little but she raised herself she hates when people say her last name she pushes her last name as far away as possible we will never understand you didn't want her but she doesn't need you she never has that girl has accomplished so much and been through so much that she learned to tackle her demons alone I've never seen someone fight so hard to be happy and now she is I only met Chloe 2 years ago I had Kaitlyn for a therapy appointment and the minute Chloe walked in to pick her up I saw so much love it was ridiculous be careful because she's already made a name for herself and she'll only get bigger"
