Natsu breathed in sharply as his eyes gazed upon Emilia's figure, her blonde hair shining in accordance to the moon high up in the sky.
"You're Natsu, right? The team leader of the guild sent from Crimson Wrath?" The blonde haired girl inquired as she looked Natsu up and down.
"That'd be me." Natsu confirmed as he look at the girl in suspicion.Something was off about her.
"It's nice to meet you then, as I previously told you, my name is Emilia Frostwing, it's a pleasure to meet you." She did a slight bow as she finished her introduction once again.

"If we're doing introductions, then the name's Natsu, Natsu Dragneel!" He pumped his fists as he finished his introduction.
A slight smile manifested on the blonde girls face as her green eyes stared at him mysteriously.
Despite being mainly reserved, something about her gaze unnerved Natsu. It didn't quite help that his senses had been practically screaming at him that only death awaited him if he made an enemy of her.
Before he could continue, a girl walked up to Emilia.
"E~ mi, come on we have to go! Dereck won't be happy if we're late to the second event!" The girl reminded Emilia as she walked next to her.
"Ah, sorry Lola-chan, I got caught up with Mr. Dragneel here." The now named Lola pouted as she sized Natsu up and down as said dragon slayer felt unnerved once more.
What the hell was this, he felt like those two could easily match him in terms of magical power. No, it's not that. Something about them, he felt as if by just their gaze anything he would throw at them would be countered, with interest.
Magic perhaps, but what magic would make HIM of all people feel this oppressed? Before he could continue a dark voice spoke in his mind.
'O~ h, Devil Slayers? I haven't seen one of those in ages, it'd be fun to test my claws against one!' The voice in his head stated, the voice sounding like a pure incarnation of mischief and destruction.
'Keep dreaming, the time I let you out is the time when the world is going to end.' Natsu thought plainly as the demonic voice laughed, the laugh slowly becoming an echo before it left with one final message.
'Whether or not I fight them matters to me not, but I would watch your back if I were you kid, a single attack from that magic will hurt more than anything else. It's the curse you bear in exchange for my power...' The voice's last message echoed inside Natsu's head.
"M——— Drag——l!" A slight voice sounded out, however it was left unheard as Natsu was wrapped up in his thoughts.
Devil Slayers? Is that what they were? It'd make sense, ever since E.N.D's awakening Natsu had felt much more powerful, however he did notice he could now much more accurately sense the danger a person posed to him.
"Mr. Dragneel!" A feminine voice shouted out as Natsu was finally snapped out of his thoughts. When he looked up he saw a confused look on Emilia's face and a smirk on Lola's face.
Lola herself had lavander hair, blue surrounding the edges of her hair.She had mysterious blue eyes as she held a smirk on her face. In overall she wore a white dress with a small black jacket on her, a white sun hat on her head, a sakura on it.

"Ah, sorry I spaced out there." Natsu said as he shook his head, clearing all of his thoughts.
When he focused on the girls once more, he could no longer feel the oppressive aura he had felt earlier.
'They were consciously trying to oppress me...I wonder why...' Natsu mused as he payed attention to the two girls again.
"I have to go now, but it was nice meeting you! I hope we may clash in the arena! And I swear here..." Her voice held a cold edge as the blonde haired girl looked at Natsu confidently.
"My team won't lose, we cannot lose, this GMG belongs to Devil's Claw. I suggest you don't attract Dereck's attention more than you already have, for I assure you Dereck is not a man you want to get into problems with. Despite this, I look forward towards our future interactions in the arena!" Emilia waved as she and Lola walked away, a smirk on Lola's face as she and Emilia left Natsu to his thoughts.
'Well, the little Devil Slayers are telling you to back off...what're you gonna do?' The demonic voice mused as Natsu looked up, a fire burning in his eyes.
"This GMG belongs to them? A person I'd want to avoid? Hah, as if. Nothing below the heavens scares me, and as for this Dereck person?" A cold smirk manifested on Natsu's face as he looked towards the two Devil's Claw mages in the distance.
"He better hope he doesn't have to fight me, if he's a Devil Slayer? So what? I won't lose to anything in this world...not anymore." Natsu voiced out as he cracked up, eventually turning into full out laughter.
Natsu gazed towards the sky, a manic glint in his eyes as he laughed, a black aura surrounding his body as anyone nearby subconsciously distanced themselves from the new, almost foreign mage.

There's a chapter for you guys! I know I went from filler into more filler, but don't worry! Next chapter we get back into the action side of this story! Anyway, this was honestly nice to write lol, I kinda missed this story! Still, I hope you guys are hyped for the next chapter, see you then!
