i ran away from home at 15 after i found out i was pregnant. i gave birth to a beautiful baby girl after ten months on my own, i gave her up for adoption before heading home. i told everyone i was chasing after a boy, in reality i was chasing after a safe life for my baby. a life free of judgement and hatred. a life i wished to give them. giving my baby girl to a loving family is the best choice i've ever made, keeping her a secret is my biggest regret.
