Adrien faced the over growing crowd of civilians and newsmen. "This is what you get son, for wanting to be too famous." He turned around and faced his father (Gabriel Agreste) His father had a grim look on his face, but deep down inside he was waiting his chance to snatch his son's miraculous. Adrien looked forward staring ahead.

"I don't need this father, you've kept me inside this building for far to long. When I got this gift it was an opportunity to finally get out and meet new people," Adrien replied seeing Marinette making her way across the barrier of pedestrians. His face brightened, and he waved to her. After all of what happened at least he'd found out who was behind the red mask of ladybug.

An Hour earlier...

Marinette thought about what had happened yesterday. It all seemed quite a blur... First, she had been akumatized by the infamous Hawkmoth, then she got kissed by her crush, and last thing she knew she was in a relationship with the boy of her dreams- Adrien. She walked to the end of her room and peered into her mirror taking in her features. Since she finally had an occasion to wear her pink satin dress she decided to wear it with her hair down. "You look pretty, Marinette, stop fussing over the mirror," Tikki whispered into her ear. Marinette looked up at her red faced kwami.

"I'm so sorry about what happened yesterday, Tikki. I don't know what came over me. " Marinette said with a sigh looking down at the floor.

"Its fine really, you were sad and angry about what Chloe said." Tikki stated, Marinette nodded.

"It just seems awkward you know, I don't even remember what happened. Also no less I'm Ladybug, I should of controlled my emotions. A... And to say that I'm dating Adrien..." Marinette muttered.

"Its something you've always wanted, Marinette, how can you not want it now?" Tikki asked curiously. Marinette stared endlessly at the pictures of Adrien Agreste stapled to her salmon pink walls, all staring into her soul. Marinette shook it off, and smiled a warm ray of sun flowed into her room.

"Lets get going we're going to be late," Marinette said fixing her dress one more time before heading downstairs. She opened up the door to the bakery letting the smell of Apple turnovers, snickerdoodle cookies, and caramel toffee macaroons waft into the street drawing in happy customers waiting to buy a delicious treat. "Bye mom, bye dad, see ya'll when I get home!" Marinette stepped outside closing the door breathing in the crisp clean autumn air. Fall, her most favorite season was finally here. She skipped down the sidewalk when she jumped into, Luka Couffaine.

"Hey Marinette." Marinette jumped up blushing really hard.

"Sorry, Luka, didn't mean to bump into ya there!" Marinette said. Luka shrugged it off and smiled at her bending down to pick up her sketch book. He handed it to her just barely, but managing to brush his hand against hers. He blushed a bit and retracted his hand.

"See you later, Mari," Luka called over his shoulder walking away glancing a last look at Marinette as he left.

"What was that, Marinette?" Tikki asked, Marinette turned to Tikki a rosy glow still in her cheeks and shook her head in a 'I don't know' way. Marinette continued her brisk speed, the recent events playing in her mind like a short memorable movie. She eventually made her way to the Agreste manor. She looked at the open iron gates and groaned.

"Uh, they're here before me..." Marinette muttered. She began to move her way through the crowd when Adrien saw her and waved to her. She waved back, until she got to the spot where Adrien was, away from the shoving and squealing crowd. "Sorry about revealing your identity to the world Adrien..." Marinette whispered.

Adrien turned to her and shrugged it off, "Its fine at least you aren't akumatized anymore, Bugaboo," Marinette mustered a small smile. She remember her day spent as Mari-freeze, and shivered at the thought. Adrien noticed this and grabbed her hand and interlocked their fingers together like a woven tapestry. Marinette stiffed then relaxed, never had she ever felt this comfortable around anyone. 'Yet if I feel this comfortable around him why do I act this way and have doubts?' Marinette thought.

"So where do you want to go run off to?" Adrien whispered to his partner.

"Anywhere but here," Marinette replied, they slipped off into the shadows running into the street unnoticed. They began to laugh, "You're famous! Everyone loves Chat Noir, it just makes me wonder if they'll love the girl behind the mask," Marinette asked. Adrien turned towards her and looked into her eyes taking up her hand and interlacing his fingers into hers giving her a warming smile, "Marinette Dupain- Cheng you are the most wonderful girl I have ever met, everyone will love you if you chose to take off your mask."
