"Hello, welcome to the Crystal Rain Academy! Or CRA, for short," The woman at the front desk smiled at my mother and I.

"My daughter would like to start highschool here..." I dozed off and wandered off. The woman and my mom can handle things. I wandered around and left the office, noticing how different everything is. The main hall was HUGE. Like, jaw dropping huge. At the top of the front doors, was the quote; “ The way I see it, if you want the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain. ” ~Dolly Parton

I saw there were three large halls, with signs above all of them. I was kinda scared, I was going in a place that was WAY to fancy for my opinion. I heard a click and ding and saw my mother come out with a two bags. A book bag... and a paper bag... "Heyo!" My mother said goofily as she held up the bags.

"What's in the bag, mum?" I questioned.

"I'll show you when we get home, mah sweet child," She grinned as she skipped away, I followed her out to the car and my mom was already on the other side. I was about to cross until a flash of black drove past me quickly. The dust flew up into my face and I started to cough. I saw the motorcycle stop and I saw him step over to me.

"Are you alright?" It asked. From its voice, it was a dude...

"I'm fine..." I whispered as I brushed off my shirt and jeans. He chuckled slightly and removed his helmet.

"Okay, that's good. Are you going to be a new transfer student?" He smiled. Dat smile tho... He had hazel hair with orange tips. His eyes were a ocean blue, it was kinda easy to get lost in them.. He was cute.

"Yeah.. I will— be a new student.." I blushed. God damn his eyes could make any girl fall head over heels for him! He let out a gorgeous chuckle before responding.

"Well, I'd like to show you around the school a little bit, since.. you know, your new here," He smiled. "Ah— is that your mom?" He pointed over to my mom that was making hilarious actions like swooning and holding her face up making a fish face. I blushed and nodded slightly. He smiled and he walked over to his motorcycle, I stood there dumbfounded until I was about to walk again. Then I saw him walk back over. He handed me a piece of paper and I blushed. "My name's Ryan, by the way..." He smiled. I nodded and took the paper, looking at it and my heart pounded slightly.

"Thanks..!" I smiled.

"Just text me or call me, when you're bored or need help!" He smiled as he walked inside the building. I walked across the street and my mom gave me a smug grin.

"Ooooh, someone's got a lover!" My mom cheered. "Is that his number?" She squealed when I unfolded the paper. It was written neatly with sharpie. In the note was;

Heheh,

Here's my number!

~Ryan

And his number took up all the space in the bottom of the note. I blushed.

"Alright, Juliet, let's head home!" She smiled as she dragged me into the car, driving away as soon as she turned on the car. She turned up the music and it was different. I recognized it immediately.

"Mom, what are you doing listening to Marianas Trench?" I asked curiously.

"Can't a grown woman enjoy today's music too?" She chuckled. Marianas Trench played loudly in the car while the windows were down. The music was in a CD mix... MY CD mix. I started to laugh when she heard Simple Plan, but it resumed back to Marianas Trench.

She turned to me and giggled, "This song kinda reminds me of you and your Romeo, Juliet!" She giggled as Perfect by Marianas Trench started playing.

"MOM!!!" I blushed. "I JUST MET HIM!" I buried my face in my hands and she started laughing as we parked our car. I got out and she pulled out my CD, tossing it at me and we both walked inside. I walked in the living room and she grinned, handing me the bags and shooing me to my room.

"Go look at your uniform, hun! School starts in a few days!" She chuckled as I was pushed inside the room. I heard her close the door and I looked in my bag. Uniform?

I pulled a neatly wrapped plastic covered cloth that exposed a grey short sleeved polo. It wasn't much but the pants were decent, nothing too tight, nothing to baggy. It also had a navy blue button up sweater, which looked a bit cuter along with the brown Mary Jane's (Is that what they're called? meh, idc) that came along with the package. I looked at the other bag and pulled it out.

Supplies. 3 mechanical pencils, 4 notebooks, an agenda, a pack of led, sticky notes, and a divider. I sighed and pulled out my phone, seeing a text message from an unknown number.

Hi.

That was odd. I only got this not very long ago and nobody has my number from the old town or here.

Hi. I replied.

What's your name? It asked.

My name is Lily. I lied.

Your lying.

How do you know?

Because, I can sense how you feel right now. That's okay. My name is Ben. It started to get weirder.

Alright Ben, how did you get my number..?

I was given a random number in the mail, it told me to text you.

Oh. That's creepy.

I know. Can you tell me your name?

I already told you, its Lily.

No, I mean your REAL name... Please?

My name is Crowe. Is your name really BEN? I questioned.

ya.

I closed my phone and put it on the side table. I lied down on my bed after changing into my pajamas, folding my clothes neatly. I set it on my desk and my hand guided itself to the lamp, turning it off.

Nothing really weird happened today. I just met a guy named Ryan and got registered into CRA's system.
