Frankie pulls into her assigned student parking space. Removing her keys from the ignition, she leans her head on the wheel, breathing slowly. She watches as Kate pulls in next to her. She's smiling; why the hell is she smiling? Kate locks her Jeep before walking to Frankie's car.
Knocking on her window, Kate smiles. "Frankie? We're going to be late." she laughs.
Frankie exits, nearly hitting Kate with the door. "Why are you so cheery?" she groans.
"Because it's a beautiful day."
"You're literally glowing. It's sickening." Frankie grabs Kate's arm, halting the pair. "Seriously, why are you so happy?"
"I had a good night, that's all." Kate shrugs.
"Whatever." Frankie releases Kate's arm and begins walking the walk of shame to school.
Kate's eyes widen as she scoffs lightly before following Frankie. The pair spend their day making light talk, somehow becoming normal for the pair, as they glide through the school day. Kate and Frankie walk past Isabella heading to lunch. Isabella pauses slightly, watching as her best friend walks by her as they had never met. Isabella storms over to the pair, putting her hand on Kate's shoulder when within arm's reach.
"Hey, where have you been?" she laughs.
Kate laughs lightly. "Oh my God, I'm sorry. Oh, uh," Kate motions her hands. "Isabella, Frankie. Frankie, Isabella."
"Nice to meet you." Isabella smiles.
"Yeah." Frankie shrugs.
"She's not really a people person." Kate smiles.
"So. Heading to lunch?" Isabella jabs her thumb to the stairway.
"Yeah." Kate nods.
"Then why were you going in the opposite direction?"
Kate swallows nervously. "Okay, you caught us. We were going to the computer room."
"Why?" Isabella's brow raises.
"Frankie has a term paper due tomorrow, and I was going to help her with it."
"Now?"
"It's complicated," Kate mumbles, hoping to keep Frankie's secret exactly what it is, a secret.
"Okay, well, I can tag along, right?"
Kate looks at Frankie, who shrugs. "Yeah, of course." Kate smiles, grabbing her best friend's hand.
"Cool."
Kate drags Isabella as the pair follows Frankie to the computer room. The duo circle around Frankie, watching her type feverishly, as Kate and Isabella make light talk. Isabella asks about Christopher, and Kate shakes her head quickly, watching for Frankie's reaction. Frankie waits for Kate to stop looking at her out of the corner of her eye before raising a brow. Isabella turns her body to face Frankie, trying once more to make friends with her new acquaintance to no avail.
A few blocks past the school, Christopher wakes in Kate's bed, grinning. For a few minutes, he panics, wondering if Kate's mother is home. Quietly, he rises from the bed and treads lightly to the door. He presses his ear to the wood waiting to hear something. Releasing a breath when he hears only his breathing, he searches for his clothes. Grabbing his jeans from the carpet, he grins, remembering the night he and Kate had.Kate takes her hand, placing it on top of his on her hip. "Well, I'm glad you haven't been taken away again."
Christopher chuckles, releasing his hand from her hip and locking their fingers together. For a while, they lay there, enjoying the silence between them, eyes locked. Kate shuffles closer, releasing her hand from his as she lifts it to his face, stroking his cheek. Biting her lip and taking a deep breath, she leans in and kisses him. Christopher's stunned, thinking that she would have never kissed him, but finds himself following her lead. Kate puts her hand on his chest, pushing him slightly, breathing heavily.
Christopher's eyes widen. "I'm sorry-"
"For what?" Kate interrupts. "I initiated it."
Christopher looks up at her, staring at her lips, red and plump. "Yeah, but-"
"But nothing." Kate interrupts again. "I don't regret it." She looks up at him. "I've actually wanted to do it for a while."
Christopher smirks. Kate laughs lightly. Christopher props his head on his elbow, leaning down as Kate slides down onto her back. The kiss intensifies as Christopher places his hands on Kate's pillow, his knee settled between her legs. Kate places her hands on his cheeks, cradling his face while her thumbs trace his jawline. Her hands move to his hair as his lips move to her neck. Tracing her curves with his lips, he explores every inch of her body. Kate pulls on his hair as he kisses his way back up to her lips.
Christopher positions his body between Kate's, asking Kate if she's sure she wants to. Christopher receives a nod, and that's all it takes before he enters her. Kate gasps, tilting her head back against the pillow, as Christopher finds a rhythm between the pair. He buries his head in the crook of her neck as Kate lets out small moans, scratching her nails down her back.
Leaning up slightly, he puts his hand over her mouth and whispers in her ear, "Quiet, wouldn't want to wake your mom up."
Kate giggles, and she feels his smirk against his cheek. His thrusts become rough and sloppy, causing him to keep his hand over Kate's mouth. His thrusts were slow as Christopher takes his hand from her mouth and replaces it with his lips. Kate moves her head into Christopher's neck, biting into his shoulder, her nails leaving slight scratches on his back's skin. Christopher releases a groan from the back of his throat as they both finish. He lays his head next to Kate's, leaning his forehead on the silk for moments after their release. He rolls over to her left side.
"Wow." Kate giggles.
"Wow yourself." He smirks.
