Now most of you have the basic plot of the story, I need some help. I know the main part of the story is Romance, but should the other one be humor, or like.. fantasy or teen fiction? Questions. questions... Well, Let me know in the comments. Because, I dunno, now that I think about it. Let me know in the comments.

Tonight I have to sit down and go through that one reading list that I told people I'd go through. Been busy! Ugh. This is why I said I'd take my sweet time x  x!!!

Wednesday I'm getting my wisdom teeth out. Don't expect an update anytime during the week. Oh joy...

I'm sorry this chapter is short! I've been just SO busy. I didn't have much time to write so I thought a bit was better than none!

Lots of Love, Chem

Chapter Thirteen:

I burrowed my head into my pillow more as I heard the gentle creak of my door swing open.

"Nessie...?" A voice whispered.

A groan slipped from my mouth as I did the most logical thing that came to my mind. I chucked a glass full of water at the victim.

"Nessa!" A very girly scream came from the door.

I heard the sound of a plastic cup bouncing against the carpet before I looked up.

There stood Alan and all his girlyness exposed to me. His mouth was dropped open as he stared at the water dripping down his shirt.

At least, I hope it was water. We didn't want another incident like Steph's this morning...

God, I must have a thing for throwing liquids on people.

I rubbed my eye lightly before I placed my hand onto the mattress. I supported my weight onto my hand and pushed myself up on my bed. I slid back on my pillow and sat down.

"That's water right?" I asked hesitantly.

Alan laughed and shook his head. "You through a glass at me without knowing what it was?" He asked.

I shrugged and smiled softly. He rolled his eyes and sat next to me.

"Yes Nessie, it's water." He sighed at my carelessness.

I stretched out my legs in front of me and rolled back down before Alan cleared his throat.

"Huh..?" I said.

"You know..." Alan started off, staring at the ground.

"I do know." I shrugged. "What do I know?"

"Where'd you go after school?" He asked.

Shoot. Forgot about that...

"I'm so sorry!" I exclaimed and sat up with a worried expression on my face.

"I was worried about you. When you weren't in any of our classes, I knew something was up." He shrugged.

"I-I... Uh..." I murmured.

"Vanessa was sick so we told her to come home." A voice spoke from my door way. "She told us she could drive herself home and came home."

"Oh." Alan mumbled and shrugged lightly.

I looked up at the voice to see Carman, my follower, standing there.

"Carman." I said up and widened my eyes. She smiled.

Alan smiled and looked over at me. "I was worried until your aunt drove by and picked me up. She took me home, but she never did explain why you were gone."
