Deep down in the sewers of New York...Donatello, the smart one out of his turtle brothers, was scribbling down an equation of a long math strategy. "Now just multiply the X factor to the Y axis and-! Megan?"

Megan, a girl about a year younger than him with blue/green eyes and long red hair was sound asleep on Donnie's desk, making the purple banded turtle roll his eyes, even though there was a small smile on his face. Megan was his friend, apart from April. While April only lived here in the lair for a short time, Megan lived here the whole time she's known the turtles. And she would rather hang out in Donnie's lab then watch Space Heroes with Leo ANY day. He clears his throat.

"Megan..."

The redheaded teenager shot up from her sleep with wide eyes as she looked to Donnie. By the look of his amused face, she knew what happened and she groaned.

"I fell asleep again, didn't I?" She mumbled.

"Sadly yes. I still don't know why I help you with homework when you won't remember it anyways." Donnie sighed.

"Well, not all of us can be the brains, Don." Megan leaned back in her chair, her legs propped up on the desk and her hands behind her head. "But it is getting late. Can we pick this up in the morning?"

"You mean after you find an excuse to skip out?" Donnie gives her that warning look and rolls his eyes again. "Yes. Tomorrow."

Megan smiles and hops out of her chair. She grins at Donnie and playfully punches his shoulder.

"So...how's April?" she snickers.

Donnie's cheeks instantly burn a bright pink and gulps. "Well I uh...um..."

Megan snorts as she grins wickedly. "You still haven't asked her out yet, have you?"

Donnie slumps and looks at the ground. "No..."

"Oh for god's sake, Donnie!" Megan rolled her eyes and frowned, putting her hands on her hips. "Just ask her already! Do it before Casey beats ya to it!"

Donnie frowns slightly at the mention of their vigilante friend and starts putting things away, avoiding his stubborn friend's gaze as he rudely corrects her. "I just think that with the right time and in the right way, without freaking out, I can ask her out."

Megan growls in annoyance. "I bet Casey Jones can ask her out faster than you."

"Is that a challenge?" Donnie asked, frowning. He grabs a small beaker from his desk and makes a move towards the shelf to put it there. When he passed by Megan, the end of his Bo Staff, which was secured to his back, slightly brushed against her side. She squeals with a small giggle and Don turns to her with a weird expression.

"Why are you laughing?"

Megan covered her mouth with her hand as her cheeks flush with red. "Sorry. But your staff tickled me. I'm ticklish around my sides."

"Did I just hear the word 'ticklish'?" Donnie suddenly grinned at her as he set his beaker down.

Megan pales and starts to back away. "Yeah...so?"

Donnie doesn't respond and makes a move towards her, backing Megan up against the wall.

"Donatello Hamato don't even THINK about it!" Megan threatened menacingly.

He doesn't respond as his grin grew, the space between them was only a foot of space and their lungs shared the same air.

"Donnie..." Megan warned nervously one last time before Donnie started to tickle her sides.

Megan began to laugh uncontrollably when she got jabbed in the sides. She clutches her stomach during her squeals of laughter as she playfully begged her turtle friend to stop. Donnie continued as he laughed along with her, grinning victoriously as he got some laughing tears out of her. She gasped with more fits of tiny giggles and slowly Donnie stopped, both of them slightly still laughing.

"Ha...ha..." Donnie panted.

"You're mean." Megan stuck her tongue out at him teasingly.

"Hey, if you didn't tell me you were ticklish this wouldn't have happened." Donnie smiled almost innocently.

"Whatever." Megan grumbled with a smirk plastered on her face. She pushes her way playfully past Donnie, since their bodies were extremely close, she waves as she exits the lab. "G'night, Don!"

Donnie waved back with a toothy smiled. "Goodnight."

He watches her leave and sighs, cleaning up the rest of his science lab. He didn't want to sleep in the lab tonight. He wanted to sleep in his own cozy bed. He tucks Megan's textbook back on the self and put the pencils back in they're drawer. When he was done cleaning, he puts his science goggles away and walks out the door. He locks the lab door behind him, so Mikey didn't sneak in at night, and turned around to start walking back to his room. He saw Megan already fast asleep on the couch, since that's where she prefers to crash in every night. She didn't like the guest room. It was full of spiders, and no one knew more than Donnie how much she was scared of spiders. Megan's hair was now pinned up in a ponytail and her eyes fluttered while she slept, her hands tucked under her head. Donnie sighs as he rolls his eyes. She forgot a blanket...again. It's a thing Donnie ALWAYS had to do before going to bed, to make sure Megan was comfortable and warm. Donnie found a blue blanket tucked to the side of the couch and gently threw it over Megan, tucking the blanket up to her chin quietly as if not to wake her. Once he pulls at the ends of the blanket over her bare feet, he smiles at her one last time before heading up to bed.
