He and Kevin Durant were chilling at the backyard. When they met as teenagers, they were talking about how they got along, even though they fight. Yet, not only they grew up as brothers, they grew up together. He and Russell met up since middle school.
After the graduation, they were separated, but once again. They were together everyday.

They talked about how they were separated.

Russell Westbrook: You know when we were separated, I was shocked that you had to get away from me for a while.

Kevin Durant: It wasn't your fault, it's just that I needed space. I was unsure if you were going to call me because like for instance, you say: Oh Kevin doesn't love me anymore, is he in love with Draymond Green?

Russell's brother came in. "What are you guys arguing about?" "Well, Kevin Durant and I were arguing about Hot chocolate," Damn! His brother thought. He and his boyfriend were making perfect combination

"Plus, my boyfriend and I were arguing about Donuts," Russell told his brother, Raynard. "If you excuse me, I'm here to deal with my stubborn boyfriend myself," He showed the engagement ring to his brother.

Russell Westbrook: I am engaged to my stubborn fiancé.

Raynard Westbrook: Wow, you made me a brother in-law.

Kevin Durant: Yep.

Russell Westbrook: Look, I hate to say this, but we should explore the pike outlets together and please don't fart around the outlet.

Kevin Durant: BABE! IM NOT 😂.

Meanwhile at the Pike outlets.

He and Kevin were talking about how they were reunited and now, they were together for 6 years. Kevin Durant gives Russell a kiss on the hand.

Russell Westbrook: Let me get this badass story straight.

Kevin Durant: After being separated for 6 months, we were finally reunited.

Russell Westbrook: Well yes because I missed your beautiful butthead from the inside and outside. I always know that if I were to share my feelings with you, I always knew from the start that you might not see me again.

Kevin Durant: I wanted to see you so bad, so that when I was away with my family, I knew that I wanted to surprise you.

They stayed in Long Beach for 6 days and traveled to Arizona. Afterwards, they went back to Oklahoma.
