Why, why does things have to be so complicated. I woke up and forced myself off of me and Maddies rickety bed and woke up maddie who was still in the bed,
"Maddie wake up" I said. "Ughghhhhhhh"
"maddie wake up before he comes"
"Huh. Ok"
He burst threw the door without hesitation. "Oh hello my sweet little girls" he said. All I could did was stand and let a tear roll down.
"You guys are mine, right" we said nothing. "SAY SOMETHING" I knew this would happen...... slap
"Right" I said letting another unwanted tear out.
"Good go make me breakfast"
"Yes sir" me and maddie said.
He left to go get ready for work he's a lawyer he helps people, but little do they know.
"Maddie" I turned to her sobbing
"Kenzie everything's gonna be ok, I swear once I'm done with senior year we are so out of here" maddie said hugging me.
"I wish mom was here"
"I do too but she's in a better place.... anyways let's go make breakfast"
"Ok" we walked to the kitchen, and I quickly noticed the beer cans and I quickly threw them away so I wouldn't have to look at them.
Me an Maddie were making eggs and toast a classic. After 20 min.
"Ok we are done leave a plate on the table then we could go get ready for school" maddie said.
"Ok" I put a plate on the table then me and maddie went to our room and got ready. I wore a big Harvard jumper black leggings, and vans.
Maddie wore a long sleeve shirt that said life a pair of jeans and converse with a wind breaker. We finished getting ready and we told him we were of to school "make sure u actually do something there" he said while we closed the door. GREAT NOW SCHOOL
