Gii scrunched her eyes at the bright light that was sipping through her closed eyelids. She felt powerless and heavy, and could not move a muscle. She woke up after three days and doesn't know what's happening around her. Her eyes searched for familiar faces, but all she could see was patients laying on their bed or waiting to be treated by their nurses.

The smell, the atmosphere, everything was overwhelming to her and she couldn't hold it in anymore.

She wanted to get out of there, right at that moment but couldnt. A great tremor overtook her and gut-wrenching sobs tore through her chest. Holding onto her throat, she tries to speak but no sounds come out which shocked her. She pulled on the IV line and felt a sharp pain which made her cry more. People around her looked at her pitifully as she mouths 'mom' and the nurses try to calm her down, which she eventually does when the doctor puts her to sleep.

Rain, she believed that the rain tore her family apart and left her alone.
Those who hate rain, hate life. And now Gii hates herself for being alive. She wishes that it would have been better if she died together with them, instead of facing consequences like these.

The hospital nor the police could find the whereabouts of her since she can't speak now and the trauma affected Gii severely, so she couldn't explain her past to anyone.
After she got better, Gii was admitted to an orphanage.

She spent her life living in the darkness. She wouldn't speak to anyone, eat or sleep properly which made her sick quite often. After growing up for seven years like that, she got so used to being alone that she started to like it.

She chose to be alone for the fear of being left alone by another.
