Jack said nothing for a while. Then finally looked at her. "You...?" he halfway asked not finishing his sentence. "Uh-huh." Anna replied, nodding at the ground. "Are you sure you took the test right?" Jack asked, scratching the back of his head. "I peed on multiple different sticks and I'm positive..." Anna replied, sporting a nervous half smile. Jack rubbed his forehead and breathed hard. "Well don't act like its a bad thing." Anna stated. Jack was now pacing back and forth. "It's not." he said. "It's great! It's just that I'm not ready to be a father! Like at all!" Jack said, nervously scratching the side of his head."And I'm not ready to be a mother, but life throws you curveballs..." Anna said, trying to cheer Jack up, but failing. She looked down at the ground then back up at him. "Do you still wanna go to dinner?" Anna finally asked after an awkward silence. "Yeah but I'm going to be thinking about this all night so if I don't say anything... It's the baby..." Jack replied, nervously.
