The next morning I wake up on my side facing the window. The sun isn't even up yet. As I come back to reality a little more, I realize there's a pair of arms wrapped tightly around me and a large, strong body pressed against me. Oh...My...God!! Tom is actually spooning me right now! Trying my best not to wake him up, I attempt to get out of bed. But, he woke up anyways with my still in his arms. "Where are you going?" He asks tiredly. Apparently he's not bothered by the fact that he's cuddling me. "I can't sleep so I'm just gonna get up now. You don't need to." I tell him quietly. "No, I'll get up with you." He respond, tiredness in his voice, and honestly, it sounds hot. He lets go of me and rolls back onto his side. We both stand up and I go to my suitcase and get my brush and a hair elastic and brush any tangles out of my hair and then put my hair in a messy ponytail. Tom is waiting for me, standing tiredly at the door. I stand up and look at him. "You don't need to get up with me." I tell him again. "I know, but I want to." He responds. I feel heat rise to my cheeks so I quickly walk out of the room, Tom hot on my tail. We walk into the kitchen and the stove clock tells me it's 5:05. It's still dark outside so I turn on one light. I wince at it's brightness and blink a few times to adjust. Tom is sitting at the island. I grab the kettle and fill it with water, then put it on the stove and turn on the heat so it'll boil. While I'm waiting, I wash the mugs in the sink. I need to ask him about the cuddling. My nerves tingle as I think about how to approach this. "So. What was the cuddling about this morning?" I ask him as I put one mug on the counter. Tom comes over and grabs a towel and starts drying it. "Did you not like it?" He asks with a smirk. "I'm not saying that. I'm just asking why because you've never done it before. That's all." I tell him. "Well, I guess I just did it in my sleep." He tries to explain. I put another mug on the counter and he starts drying that one too. We work in silence for a wile until he speaks up again. "So you liked me cuddling you?" He teasingly asks. "God dammit! I knew you'd do this!" I yell quietly at him. "Well you said you did!" He defends himself. "Ugh. It's just been a while since I've been cuddled and it felt comforting, okay?" I say boldly. "Okay, sorry. If it makes you fell better, I didn't hate it either." He say, then laughs lightly, which makes me laugh a little too and send a blush to my cheeks. I hand him the last mug and he dries it, puts it away, then throws me the towel so I can dry my hands. I catch it and wipe my hand off, then hang the towel over the handle of the oven. The kettle starts boiling and Tom puts two earl gray tea bags in the mugs, turns the burner off, and pours the water. While he's doing that, I grab milk and sugar and put them in the middle of the island. Tom puts the mugs with the stuff I got out and and we both take a seat at the island while we wait for the tea to steep. I let out a yawn and rest my head on Toms shoulder. He rests his head on mine in return. I smile to myself. This is more like the Tom I like, not the Tom that has sex with any attractive woman he sees. I see a beam of sunlight hit the counter and apparently Tom saw it too because he lifted his head. He knows i love watching the sunrise and sunset, so either he moved his head or I would've bashed it with mine when I shot out of my seat. He laughs at me as I run to the window, but follows me over none the less. I don't know why I only just noticed this, but there's a balcony. "There was a balcony that whole time!?" I groan. Before Tom can say anything, I spotted the door and made a made a mad dash for it. He follows me out onto the balcony and stands beside me. I lean on the railing and look out at the city, awe on my face as the sun peeks over the horizon and dances it's way through the buildings. I watch as it gets higher and higher. Brighter and brighter. I smile as the sunlight warms my face. I look over at Tom to see his reaction to the sunrise but he's not even looking at it. He's looking a me. I feel the blush rise to my cheeks but I don't turn away this time. "What?" I ask with a light chuckle. "Nothing. You just look really pretty." He compliments. I let out a single "Hm." And look at my hands. "I look like a slob right now." I say. "Well, I disagree." He says, then shifts his gaze to the city. Maybe he does like me. Wait no. He;s just being nice, don't get attached. Ugh, this is hard. I look back at the city as well. "I never really understood why you liked watching the sun rise and set, but I think I get it now. It's peaceful and really beautiful." He says softly. "Yeah. But I think the tea is done steeping now." I respond. "Yeah, probably." He says, and we both make our way back inside and to the kitchen. We sit beside each other at the island and make our tea. As we're drinking our tea Harrison walks out sporting a nice bedhead. "So, I guess we're all up early then." I state as he comes and sits down. "How long have you guys been awake?" He asks tiredly. I look at the time on the stove. It's 5:45. "Uhh, about forty minutes now." I tell him. "Jesus. Why?" He questions. "Xena woke up, which woke me up. So we both just got up, watched the sun rise and drank tea." Tom explains. "Sounds romantic." Harrison teases. "Fuck off!" I smack the back of his head. "Ow! Sorry!" He yelps. I laugh at him. "There's a mug for you in the cupboard and the water is still warm if you want a tea." I tell him. He doesn't say anything, he just hums, then goes and makes a tea for himself. We all drink our tea quietly. Tom ordered breakfast through room service, and when that got here, we at it. All of it. Well, I ate most of it. We all work together to clean up and once everything is cleaned it's 6:20. The boys finish up and I go to my room to get changed. I grab the clothes I want to wear then head into the bathroom. I do my business, wash my hands, then get changed.
