"Thanks, but who are you and how do you know me." Connor stuttered
My heart shattered into a million pieces. He didn't remember me. The boy who said he loves me. How couldn't he remember?
"I have to go." I said quietly.
I ran out the room back to the waiting room where all the youtubers were waiting, they looked at me expectantly.
"He doesn't remember me." I chocked.
They all looked at me with pity and i made my way back to Connors room. I told him every little detail about him. He nodded not interrupting me, not abou us though, I left that bit out. I don't know why something just told me I should.
It's been 4 days and Connor remembers everyone. Everyone except me. He doesn't remember anything about us, our dates, our friendship. Nothing. He was getting out today so I went in to his room and collected him. His stuff was in Marcus Butlers car. I took Connors hand and dragged him out of the hospital.
The car ride was silent. I got the occasional glance from Marcus, he looked worried. We arrived at the airport. I took a deep breath and stepped out the car, Marcus telling us he would wait in the car. I silently thanked him.
I walked Connor over to the waiting area. I hugged him tightly as his plane was about to board.
"Bye." I shouted.
He just wave in response and he looked happy to be going. I knew I had lost him for a second time. I didn't know what to do and I couldn't hold my tears in anymore. I slid down the wall and curled up in a ball crying, I couldn't stop. Not when the security man came over, not when Marcus appeared. Not even when I got home. How could I have let Connor go like that. I'm so stupid.
